a years progress 240-200-200-240

So I figured I would man up and throw myself to the dogs.

Its actually a bit over a year ago I started, and to be honest if you added up the months spent in gym its probably only been 6 since I was injured and had to stop for a 3 months a piece twice (been going strong as hell since late august however)


So in the first pic I am 240 second pic I am 200 after "cutting" (not eating) the third pic I am 200 yet again (taken in october after cleaning up my act for a few months eating pretty much matienance and lifting basic I basically stayed at 200 for 3 months from august-october just recomposing) then pic four is me at 240 yet again after two and a bit months of bulking (november-yesterdayish) now im cutting down again to about 200-210 (whatever puts me down to a 32 waist)


anyways, tear me apart

First picture to second picture: Looks like you were filled with air and somene popped you!

Second picture to third picture: Gained some shape, gained some hair, and gained an awful tattoo

Third picture to fourth picture: Least hair, least fat, most muscle, but, unfortunately, the tattoo remains.

In all seriousness, the transformation seems really gradual but is shocking (in a good way) if you cover up the two in the middle. People who haven't seen you for a while must be blown away. What are your plans now?

Edit: Nevermind, I didn't see what you had written above. But why worry about your waist size? Some people have wider hips that don't say anything about what shape they're in. You should just keep taking comparison shots or BF measurements and judge by that instead.

ANYWAYS. this thread isn't about that tattoo lol. Your gains are very easy to see as someone else already posted ESPECIALLY in your traps/shoulders area I'd say is the most improved. You will look a lot better after you cut down again. Keep it up.

I worked them so much I ended up getting injured lol, havent worked them since october, but am starting again real slowly....its not a huge deal since im I have huge tree trunk legs naturally ( my quads are 27.5" atm and my calfes are 18") This last bulk was strictly upperbody and actually put me in proportion lol

I have extremely wide hips naturally but my waist is managable and I have always used 32" as my "okay im pretty lean now" benchmark.




And on the topic of the tattoo yes it looks like **** because its about 10% done, I agree it looks like **** at the moment, I didnt post a thread saying "hey doodz check out mah sweet tat" so im just going to go ahead and assume your covering up your own insecurites, dont worry its not contagious if I come close to you guys it wont magially leap onto your bodies and curse you with its horrible design I hope this helps you sleep better

Heh, I'm in the same boat. A year and a half ago, when my arms were 12", my legs were 23"! I've had to work my upper body more than my lower body just to try to look proportionate.
