NOW adam NO more, what to take?
The ZMA in NOW Adam multi has been messing with my sleeping patterns. I would have deeper sleeps and dream more but the dreams would be nightmares and I would wake up in the middle of the night. I went to sleep at 6am, yes 6 AM yesterday and it messed up my whole day.
I considered animal pak but was wondering if theres anything else I could go with?

Hmmm thats crazy haven't had those type of problems with Now Adam, but if its not working out for you then I'd look into ON MV or AST Multipro 32x.

messed up
I take animal pak, just got it and been taking it for a week. I got it b/c heard so much good results about it. Only thing it has 11pills to take at once, don't bother me to much,b/c I get to drink 2 14oz glasses of water w/it. But I was also wondering about NOW adam for when I run out of AP. Sum pimps on hear say NOW adam is really good, but if it really is messen w/ur sleep/dreams. Keep us up2 date if u keep taking it, but I do like animal pak. I take it after breakfest, and I do not take it 30min b4 my work out like it says b/c it do not make a difference b/c I did it both ways.

When I took Adam, didnt have any nightmares but nice deep sleeps. If you still dont want to try it, EcoGreen is the way to go. Either way, you'll be healthier as NOW = Quality.

take the aDAM in the morning, and all of the zinc and mag should be metabolized by bedtime and not cause a problem.. no?

Yea but it says to take 2 pills a day, I'd take one with breakfast and then with my pwo meal.
