Abs
I have started leaning down recently. I am doing cardio twice a week, sometimes three times a week if I have the time. After cardio, I have started doing abs and obliques for about 15 min. doing lots of reps and no weight. I'm going to get serous with my diet. This is key if I want to see any results.

Worst training philosophy that I have ever heard. But, if it works for you so be it.

u train them like any other muscle, need resistance and low reps. i.e less than 12RM.

So far it is starting to show results. Who knows later on. Do you have a good routine to share?

I do ab stuff every night pretty much. I try to do a lot of leg raises to keep fat off the lower abs while still being able to eat a lot.

You can't target/spot reduce fat so what your saying is 100% wrong.
