I've got a cold, in week 7 of 12 TestE/EQ cycle, what to do?
Hi guys,
right now I'm in week 7 of a 12 week TestE/EQ cycle (with Tren wks 1-5). A couple of days ago I started getting head-cold like symptoms, sinus congestion, slight cough, occaisional sneezing, and slightly decreased energy. This is the real deal, not test flu... the cold has been going around my office and I'm the last one to get it (as per usual).
I did my back two days ago when the symptoms first started. I started ok but when I got about 30 or 40mins in I felt like I had been hit by a damn truck.
My appetite is fine, actually I feel hungrier than ever, so that's not a problem. Do you think I should just bite the bullet, stay home for a couple of days to eat and rest? Or should I tough through it and get to the gym anyway, even if my workout is probably going to be sub-par???
