who cares what you weigh as long as you are looking leaner the same weight could be a number of possibilities. Are you weighing yourself at the same time everyday. You could be retaining more water.

it's because you are gaining muscle but are loosing body fat. Muscle weighs more than fat, so it will add up quickly it you are working out.

Most people would kill to stay the same weight and look leaner. Have fun while it's still possible (newbie gains!)

its called body recomposition. my body is doing the same thing. you slowly replace fat with the more dense muscle. this is just another reason why you shouldnt look to scales to givce you a mark of progress, they dont tell the whole truth.
i havent lost a pound since september, but if you saw the change my body has gone through you would think i for sure lost at least 20 pounds.

lol!
this isnt just a newbie condition. its a proper diet and training condition. it takes a lot longer than going through heavy cuts, then heavy bulks, but i will be really stoked when i am done recomping and i dont have to add another 25 pounds of muscle just to make my body look right

There are people on this site that can help you without a doubt. Start by listing your height, weight, and what you eat in the 6 meals per day include in the list the calories, carbs, protein, etc.
