Millennium Sport Technologies Advertises the following for Ragnarok. This is important as it shows credibility or false advertising. Please bare in mind, with supplement promises, each person is affected differently.

1.) Definetly increased on all three accounts. 10/10 /
2.) Strength has risen faster than anticipated and managed to press my normal heaviest rep even at end of workout. Increased bench to equal personal best at my current body weight. 10/10 /
3.) This was tested during leg days as volume was key. Found myself wanting more but had to control myself from overworking. 10/10 /
4.) Alertness and focus rose close to that of ErgoPharm AMP after dosing. 10/10 /
5.) I can see some new veins here and there but nothing special. Pump definetly was excelent. It was a nice comfortable smooth pump that lasted a good while. This was apparant even if I didn't work out. After training, muscles felt harder and pump was comfortable and pleasing. Vascularity, 5/10, Pumps, 8/10 /
6.) No real pain after lifts. Felt like I hadn't started, but once I tried to lift again, you could definetly tell that muscle got worked. 10/10 /
7.) Endurance rose, and because of that, I have to believe my oxygen got used better. Due to my asthma, I have differculty catching my breathe after certain lifts. This didn't happen while on Ragnarok, even before adding Cordygen5 to the equation. 7/10 /
8.) My pumps indicated the effects here. 7/10 /
9.) This one is hard to tell. Is an increase in strength an effect that can be used as evidence to support this? Energy was up, so I'm going to give it the benefit of the doubt. N/A.

Should Ragnarok be cycled?
It's up to you. If you wan't to cut cost down, cycle 12 weeks on, 4 weeks off. If you have the cash though, I think cycling between Ragnarok and Ragnarok Caffeine Free would be great. The time off the caffeine will give your body a rest from stimulation. Or you can use the caffeine version on workout days with the caffeine free version on off days where you don't need the extra boost.
Is it ok to jump straight into 2 scoops?
As with all supplements containing some sort of stim, it's best to taperr up to see how your body reacts. Start off with one dose (half a dose if caffeine sensitive) and work your way from there over a period of days.
I'm done with 2 scoops, Triple dose time!?
Yes, we all want more and more. But remember, more isn't always best. It can cause you to vomit after a workout as seen by other logs. If you do plan on triple dosing, do it slowly. Either take 3 scoops spread out throughout the day, or taper up towards it. If you plan on jumping straight to three scoops, do it on an off day so it doesn't end up ruining your workout if you have any side effects.
Will Ragnarok stop me from being able to sleep if I take it too late?
Personaly, I haven't suffered from lack of sleep at all, but a few have reported that it is differcult to sleep if taken too late in the day. Again, see how you react.
Can I take it with milk?
If you wan't, but I don't advice it. I've tried it myself and it gave me a nice feel good feeling all day, but you can simply pop some 5-HTP for that affect. Don't waste Ragnarok's power as milk slows its absorbtion. Only use water.
I don't aklways have time to leave an hour after a protein drink to drink Ragnarok. Is 30 minutes enough?
According to Matt, 30 minutes should be enough time to not really affect it's absorbtion.
How does Ragnarok compare to other pre-workouts you have tried?
To put it simply, it's the best one. In my opinion, it's better than Xceed, more benefits than Omega Thunder, worked better than Green Bulge and gave me the longest most nicest pumps compared to anything else.

Did Ragnarok cause water retention?
To me personaly, yes it did. But that's nothing that won't go away easily if usage is stopped.

Cordygen5 really works well with it. Citruvol can be added for the strongest pumps ever. I personaly think Ragnarok pre-workout and Replenish or Myozene post workout with waxy maze starch would be awesome and a nice money saver considering the ingredients these have.
The mixturability and taste ratings put me off...
Don't let you. Millennium Sport Technologies are milling the next batch more finer and increasing the taste quality. Also don't forget, we ain't buying supps with this many ingredients for taste. Considering it contains stuff like glycerol, it mixes quite well.

Definetly, but I'm going to wait 'till the new finer milled batch comes out so I can compare.
