Taco Bell
Im about ready for a cheat... I have been eating ALOT this week, but it has been all PB sandwhiches on wheat, wheat pasta, chicken, tuna, water and my supplements... I have lost about 2 pounds this week... I am thinking of some taco bell right now... Hmmm

Seeing as how Taco Bell removed mostly ALL trans fats from their menu (except for minimal, negligible amounts left in the largest items) you've chosen WISELY! ENJOY THAT STUFF MAN!!! So delicious, no trans fat, decent fiber & protein, impact carbs...hell yes

I just got done my taco bell.... Mmm, And I ate ALOT!
2 Supreme Tacos
1 Burrito Supreme
1 Chicken Grilled Stuffed Burrito
Tomorrow it is back to a strict diet for me... While I was out I picked up some more egg whites and a tub, yes a freakin huge tub, of Nordaci?? Cottage Cheese.
