Do you think this will work... This is the fist time making my own routines..ive been working out for 3 years or so..so i would like to make my own and be more indepdent, do you guys think this is good as i think it is? Im gonna change it up every 4 weeks to shock the muscles so its not a chore.

*all my reps are 8-12 for these except abs...i do abs for 25 reps and they all have 3 sets.

Day 1: LEGS/CALVES
Squat
Leg Press
Leg Extention
Standing Ham Curl
Lying Ham Curl
Toe Raise 3x100reps

Day 2: SHOULDERS/ ABS
Front Military Press
Front Raise
Side Raise
Seated bent-over-row
Upright Row
Shrugs
Crunchs
Hanging Leg Raises

Day 3: ARMS
Dumbbell Curls superset with Seated Dumbbell Triceps Extensions
EZ-Bar Curls superset with EZ-Bar Lying Triceps Extensions
Cable Curls superset with Triceps Pushdowns
Seated Barbell Wrist Curls triset with Seated Barbell Wrist Curls Behind The Back & Barbell Reverse Curls

Day 4: BACK/ABS
Bentover Row
One Arm Row
Deadlift
Row- Cable VBAR
Lat Pulldown Front
Crunchs
Hanging Leg Raises

Day 5: CHEST/CALVES
Bench Press
Incline Press
Incline Fly
Fly Pec Deck
Standing Calf Raise

I'm assuming you rest on weekends, however you might want to compact a couple of the days and give yourself a rest mid week.

For example; most people do Chest/Triceps together... I do Chest/Triceps/Shoulders together because they get hit with benching etc. Back and Biceps can be done together.

All personal preference however, other then resting it looks fine. Good luck!
