Bulkers hear you go 400 cal...
I have a Meal Which I am Going To Start From Tomorrow I Divided My Meal Plan Into 6 Meals So I Need 433 Cal. Per Meal
---TUNA SANWITCH---
Ingredients:
1. 2 Whoal Wheat Bread (90 Cal per slice)
2. 1 Can Of Tuna (110 cal per can )
3. Cottage cheeese ( Dont worry about it )
4. Salad (optional)
Directions:
just put the bread at the bottom and cheese at the bread base and byt tuna and salad. where ever you want and how ever you want assemble it.
Calories: 200 calories For the sanwitch.
--- Yogurt ---
Ingrediens:
1. a fat free yogurt small ones ( 90 cal )
!!! EAT !!!
Calories: 90
--- Orange juice ---
Ingrediens:
1.Tropicana 8 oz orange juice( cal 110 )
Calories: 110
!!! DRINK !!!
TOTAL CALORIES IS 400 in a meal ( not even 5 min to make it )
Note: if you have any simple recepie please share i need some please.

Lol your not mentally challanged are you? The bread alone is 180 cals, how the hell is the "SANDWHICH" 200 cals.
You didnt just strike gold, thats actually a disgusting meal, cottage cheese with tuna? Eww.

Counting has nothing to do with being a noob.
I think ive made like one thread suggesting a food choice. It was actually something that isnt 100% obvious and a great treat. Low fat pudding mixed with cafe mocha protein powder... Bout 280 cals and a great treat, not some disgusting ass sandwhich that I couldnt eat if I was starvin marvin.

Simple recipe for Californians:
1) walk into In-N-Out Burger
2) order a #1, minus the cola
3) eat it.
5 minutes if it isn't busy, 1070 calories with 45g protein
It's great to bulk.
