not really any answer to this one... as many sprints as you want to get to your goal I guess and all you can really do with a parachute is spring and do it out or a football stance, position stance,etc. not many different variations of activities... but I ordered the SPARQ system which comes with one I get it Wednesday hopefully

My routine consisted of doing 10 sprints each of 50 yard lengths. Then 8 sprints of 25 yard lengths. And finishing of with 6 sprints of 10 yard lengths. Good luck and with the proper hard work and dedication you should definetly see improvement.

have somebody else do these with you, preferrably somebody who knows waht they are talking about. you want to make sure you keep proper form when running. it is very easy to get out of whack when running with a chute or sled. otherwise you are just wasting your time and probably overstressing your back.
