As I stated in the last sentence of my post, "You can pick one up at any walgreens." If you have no walgreens in your vicinity, I'd just go to a drug store and say you have a liquid medication that your docter advised taking using an oral syringe. If even that fails, you could always go to a vet and say you are supposed to be giving your "puppy/kitten" medicine with an oral syringe, but you broke yours... Could you get another?

Of course, this last route may make it difficult to obtain the stopper that goes in the bottle for use with the syringe, so try to come up with some excuse for why you'd need a new one of those.

clen can be used indefinitely if taken with this supplement which upregulates the same beta-receptors that clenbuterol downregs. of course i wouldnt go over 6 weeks, the cramping really sucks

I started my first clen cycle yesterday. The stuff I have is clear liquid, 200mcg/ml, so precision is important for me. Walgreens didn't have anything that looked reliable on the shelf, so I asked about insulin needles. I told them it was for dosing something .1ml at a time and they just popped the sharp off and gave me one.

Yesterday I felt nothing (20mcg).
Today it started fine (40mcg) but within a few hours the light tremors started. I also felt like I was fatigued alot more during my WO. Halfway through the day the headache hit, and would not go away no matter what I threw at it. Finally tried a desperation dose of caffiene which did the trick on top of my NSAID, tylenol, 2 gallons of water and some extra sugar. (I was pressing all the buttons I could think of!)

I usually feel great after my WO, but today I was a wreck. I'll be holding at 40mcg until the sides diminish.

Where's that update, bigswoleKA? I wanna see what 8 months have done to you.

Look for yourself. This was after 2 strict months of dieting, which inlcuding 1 hour cardio ED, and two 2 week clen cycles during that time period.

I never checked it before I started cutting, but here's a picutre. I was probably 10-11%.

I would guess I was around 6% in the first pictures I posted. I checked it a few days after I took the first pictures and I was 7.3%, but I had already started to bulk about a week before checking it.

Thanks SJ. I would just like to know what to expect. I plan to start Clen next week. I eat very clean and workout hard but I am not seeing the bf reduction I would like. How is your strength pre vs. on cycle?

My bf is probably somewhere around 15-18 and strength is very good. I don't want to lose lean muscle mass nor strength.

Don't expect any miracles. Yes Clen is great, but it's only one part of the equation. You have to eat clean, count every calorie, and do a lot of cardio. Keep the protein high and don't drop too many calories at once or you will lose muscle. You have to lose the fat slowly in order to maintain the muscle.

As far as my strenght. I didn't lose any, but I wasn't making huge gains either. I am not bulking and eating 6000 calories a day......Strenght is going through roof.

I was 192lbs around 10-11% before starting the clen and I ended up 185lbs around 6%.

Not expecting any miracles nor super gains. It seems my gains have stalled a little anyway. I just want a little edge as to shredding a few pounds. I have done pretty well. Went from 204 in February to 182 in July. Been putting on a few lately up to about 186-188. Not bad weight however. Got those stubborn areas that I would like to see fade. I do need to up the cardio, I just hate the stuff. I enjoy lifting heavy much better.

Great job so far. I know what you mean about a little extra edge. Clen will speed your metabolism like 10% so it's a nice edge.

How much cardio are you doing now?

Not nearly enough. I do the Elliptical machine 2-3x per week at about 8.6mph for 15-20 minutes. Cardio has never been fun for me. I plan on upping it next week to 6 days at the same rate. I've always feared losing muscle during cardio.

What do you do?

You're not going to get down to low body fat on that little of cardio. I don't do cardio now cause I am bulking, but when cutting I was doing 1 hour ed 7 days a week. I do low intensity cardio.

My recommendation for you is to buy yourself an Ipod if you don't already have it and load that **** up with your favorite music. Do your cardio outdoors if possible. The time goes by much quicker than sitting on a stationary bike or Ellipptical machine. Sometimes I would ride to South Beach on my bike for cardio. That was a 2 hour ride there and back, but it didn't seem so bad because I was outdoors. I would do that ride with no problems, but 20 minutes on the stationary bike and I was dying.

Cardio is an acquired taste. LOL. After a while it started to grow on me.

Cardios really easy with a good book.
I lost 15lbs during the process of me reading the da-vinci code and another book or two on just the bike machine thingy.

agreed. 6 weeks is the most effective way to take it. if you must no longer than 4 weeks. i've run 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off and it worked well. i ran clen for two weeks and then ma huang another two

My recommendation for you is to buy yourself an Ipod if you don't already have it and load that **** up with your favorite music. Do your cardio outdoors if possible. That was a 2 hour ride there and back, but it didn't seem so bad because I was outdoors. I would do that ride with no problems, but 20 minutes on the stationary bike and I was dying.

Cardio is an acquired taste. LOL. After a while it started to grow on me.

yeah I am serious. I prefer to bike. I love the pump I get on my legs. If I don't ride outdoors I ride the stationary. Usually if I do the stationary I have to break it up into two cardio sessions of 30 minutes. I never make it past 30-40 on a stationary....TOO DAMN BORING!

Hi tthere are so many websites that sell steroids?What is a reliable source?I am looking for Clenbutoral or something that cuts fat..Does anyone have any ideas?I was in California for quite awhile and got into Meth to lose weight and boy did it wreck havoc on my metabolism.So i am struggling with the good ole old fashion way.Weights,Cardio and diet.I do have about 2 bottles of Clenbutoral that i got in Mexico.I am looking to lose about 30 pounds and not sure if i should take clen now or wait until i lose some more weight...Any ideas would be helpful...Thanks

HUH!? You used meth, as in, methamphetamines? To lose weight? WOW! I don't know if that's dedication, or temporary insanity! If you did meth and it wasn't helping, I'm not sure anything will help. You may have a metabolic problem. I must not be reading this correctly, cuz you don't look that bad in your bodyspace profile.

Cool People getting ripped off

I know it has been a long long while since anyone posted a reply on this thread but man...I read the whole thing and can't believe how a lot of the people that used Clen don't do their research before getting it. First of all guys...if you bought it online YOU GOT RIPPED OFF. You cannot buy the real clen, the controlled by perscription only substance, online. Do research on the company that is selling it to you first and you will see that they have ripped off tons of people.

The only way to get this and any otehr type of steroid is through a trusted supplier at the gym or in a drug store in Mexico or Canada. In mexico they have it behind the counter and although it is prescription they don't even ask you for it. You will pay right now about $14 to $17 per bottle of 50 .02 ml Clen tavs.

Do research on how to cycle it because if you don't do it right or do it too long (over 4 weeks in a row) the effects are reversed and if you are a guy you will not be able to see yer weiner for a while. So be careful.

Anywho...Just a thought guys...looking out for you!!!
