confused
i do 2 workouts and rotate them every second day on sunday, tuesday n thursday. should i group my triceps with chest and back, and biceps with legs n shoulders?? or should i group my arms on the same day with legs, then do chest shoulders n back on the next day?... wat does everyone think

it really depends. however i usually do tris on chest days as when working out your chest, most excercises also work out your tris. I however do bis with my lats as when i do chin ups, i do a reverse grip which works my bis also. IN line with that, when using the lat machine i usually do puuldowns with a reverse grip so that i can work my biceps too.
it depends on what gives u the best result.

Hello, I do not know if this is the right site, but I would like to know some information, I have the knee sick these days, so I can t run and do other cardio exercises, but i do boxing, and i Sweat much, is it as a cardio exercise? I want sweat but I can not straining knee, what can I do besides box?
