I don't really work full time or anything right now--I work in retail at Eddie Bauer when I'm not at college (which is going great!), but I'd love to throw my name in the hat as well.

My Application: Parker Cote
I would absolutely love to take part in this incredible opportunity. I am currently a full time college student in Boston. With all of the exams and homework, it can be hard to find time to work out, but I think I am doing a pretty good job keeping up! I've been using Bodybuilding.com ever since I started, and it provided me with a solid foundation of knowledge. That, combined with my own personal experiences, helped me achieve my results. I am 20 years old now, will be 21 in January, and have made significant gains in my 5 years of training (started at 145 lbs., currently 200 lbs.) I know thats kind of brief but let me know if there are any questions, I'd be happy to expand. Please see the attached images!
Best,
Parker

Count me in...
I don't know, maybe I qualify. I make a living as a software engineer and bodybuild as a way of staying in top shape (and it gives me a competitive outlet). You can see my story and several pics at my bodyspace:
http://bodyspace.bodybuilding.com/OakExpress/
I think what may be unusual about me is that I didn't get into this seriously until my late thirties (now I'm just about 44). I'm now nationally qualified and setting my sites on Team Universe.

Very interested here! After completing my tour in the U.S. Marine Corps I ballooned up to 262 lbs with a 40" waist. I decided it was time for a huge change and decided to do something about it. I knew nothing in the beginning but relied on bodybuilding.com for both, supplements and the website forums. I began to see slow progress and took my physique to another level in which I never thought was possible. I'm employeed as a Correctional Officer at a SuperMax Correctional Facility.

What if you just teach one aerobic class a week and are only certified as a personal trainer? Technically I am a full-time Primary school teacher witha classroom of 42 children, a mother of two and pursuing my Masters in Curriculum and Instruction.
Just checking!

Magazine ad
I would love to be featured as a model. My profile can be viewed in Bodyspace under Fantabulous. I do not work in the industry but instead have worked in the laboratory setting for the last 10 years. I currently work at a hospital in the medical laboratory.
I hope you will consider me!
Let me know if you need any more info.
Thanks, Colleen Castaneda

Yes, I believe there is a short-term timeframe involved (but I don't know the exact date), and no, we're looking for both women and men.

Only for men = of course not. The ladies are prettier!
Americans only? Nah - we'd LOVE to feature an Antarctican or Greenlandian, but I haven't found many yet on BodySpace, LOL.

BB.com magazine ad
I began working out about 6 yrs ago with the goal of building a physique that is truly a work of art.I have been challenged with many obstacles along the way like moving twice in one year, and having my previous job close down.Though the road has been tough i have kept with it and believe me it is a good feeling.I love bodybuilding because it is amazing how you can sculpt you body with proper application of exercises, rest and recovery, healthy eating habits and cardiovascular training.I am a material handler at a major envelope company and i also got certified online with NESTA as a personal trainer. The bodyspace is a great way to meet people with the same goals and also to be inspired by individual stories of people who had major obstacles to overcome. It is truly ahead of its time. I have attached some pictures to show what i believe is truly a work of art in the making.

I don't know why you can't be a personal trainer. It's harder to have to motivate others all day long and then have the energy and drive for your own workouts.

Love to participate
I would be very interested in a BB magazine ad.
Bodybuilding has helped me tremdendoulsy both professionally and personally.
I am a true passionate fan of the sport.
I started bodybuilding about eight years ago as a hobby and I decided to set some goals for myself and started to compete four and a half years ago.
This sport has helped me stay balanced with my day professional job in sales (building materials) which at times can be very stressful.
Without the gym and wight lifting I would have probably lost my mind long ago.
I am so grateful to be able to channel my energies in such a positive manner

My everyday life is as regular as it gets! I'm a 38 year old professional (speech language pathologist) working mom who wants to be in the best shape ever! After years of yo yo dieting and hit or miss exercise, bodybuilding.com has helped to provide me with the knowledge and inspiration that I need to continue transforming myself every day. My progress photos, photo gallary, stat changes, and blogs since I joined in July are found on my page here.

Bb.com Magazine Ad!
Count me in. Here I am (in a nutshell). I'm 43, married, mother of 4 (24, 22, 17, 14), I work full time as an executive assistant. I choose to be better for me. I run (well race is a better term), I lift, I compete in bodybuilding, and Women's Tri-Fitness. How do I fit time in? You can do push-ups and squats anytime and long runs are for sunday mornings. I get an hour at the gym while my youngest is at diving practice or at 0500 before I go to work (HIITs only take 20 minutes). Then there is homework for the two still at home (AP classes are still tough), laundry, cleaning, no I won't go on. Still a work in progress...

Bodybuilding print ad
Here is my story.
When I graduated High school a few years ago, I found myself missing the world of Athletics. All through high school I played sports and was constantly active. When I graduated I had no more sports to play. During the summer after I graduated, I started working full time at the Department of Transportation. I got tired of just going to work everyday and not having anything else to do. So I decided to Join a local gym, I worked out with a few buddies of mine who already had memberships there. When I started seeing my body get back in shape, I was hooked. I started searching for supplements and educating myself about nutrition. I came upon bodybuilding.com, which opened so many doors for advice and education about training, nutrition and motivation! So during my first year in college ( I was also working), I decided to take my physique to the next level, and compete in natural bodybuilding competitions. The advice and articles posted in bb.com's archive section, was the basis for my approach in my first contest. The blogs and forums were a great place to talk fitness with other people, and see that one is not alone in the world of Fitness. So ever since I started reading forums and posts, I started living my version of the "bodybuilding lifestyle".
I will try to post a few pics, I dont know if you want old ones and new ones or what. Please pm me if im needed for anything else!

I'd love to be apart of it.
I am Trent Strong, currently 17 years old, full time student at Danville High School in Danville Kentucky.
Started bodybuilding back in Feb. of 2006, I weighed 160lbs when I first picked up a weight and I worked out for months before I ever knew what I was doing. I read through the magazines and tried the "pro bodybuilder" workouts with no luck.
I needed somewhere I could get the questions I had answered by people just like me instead of a column in Flex Magazine. I searched on the web and found Bodybuilding.com. I joined the forums and began asking questions, reading and gaining knowledge.
From the help of many people on the forums I've took my training, nutrition and dedication to the next level. Within a year and a half I've went from 160 to 220lbs.
Even as a more advanced bodybuilder now I still benefit from gaining knowledge from the veterans on the from the forum and learn something new everyday.
Before:
After:

By the way, I am currently dieting so I am leaner than the pics so I can gladly take more photos as requested.
Thank you for your time and please let me know if you are interested in me.
-Trent Strong

Hi may I be in too?? Even though I am from the opposite side of the world almost?? I will write my story here - I will try to be brief, but I do bodybuilding a long time - so it would not be easy.
I am 28. I do bodybuilding from 1994. I competed as a teeneager in the time when was no internet and no boards and forums. I was second on the National Championship and I was in our national teenage team too. But I never competed abroad.
I had two major injuries - in 1998 and 2000.
In 2000 it was very bad and it seemed that I will stay paralyzed to my left arm and partially left knee too. But I was back in the gym in few months after all surgeries and I trained again. But I was down.
I fought with bulimia (overeating and missusing laxatives) in 2002 - because during my illness I gained a lot of weight on. In 2003 after last surgery (left shoulder was overtrained due to bad left elbow ankle) I started a new epizode.
I graduated on the University - as a Social and Culture antropologist, minor international relations. I won in my "overeating battle" and I started to think how to train smartly - to not overtrain some part of my body again.
I started to prepare for transformation contest in January 2004 and later I entered also one small bodybuilding contest.
I started to read bodybuilding.com and forum in 2004 too.
I read it here to find some answers to my questions, but first pictures I sent here was, when I won the transformation contest Dream Figure and GP World of Bodybuilding.
I was unemployed that time and bodybuilding gaves me a hope. It helped me to keep some discipline and controll over my life. First Progress pictures on my bodyspace are from that time.
And I won in those contests a miracle had happened. I found a job and a boyfriend in our capital city - Prague - where I live since now. In 2005 I moved there. I worked as a secretary on Ministry of Foreign Affairs. I had to let 2005 season go (I moved in Summer).
In few month I rised to become an officer. I got a diplomatic status and I worked for Asia Department. But I found this job too binding due to lot of rules and conventions and also I had working time sometimes 12 hours a day and I had to be ready to travell a lot - I never knew if something will not happened. Off course it was very interesting and a little bit adventurous job, but also very demanding.
You may imagine how I looked like in a night dress on banquets and meetings .
In 2006 Spring I had to choose if I will continue in sport or I will be transfered to some Asian Embassy. I choosed SPORT.
Few weeks I worked as a stuff in the gym, but I was 12 hours a day - 5 days a week in duty and paradoxly I had no time for me to train. So I found a job I am in now....
I work as an assistent and researcher in sociological institute for secondary education. My working time is 8,5 - 9,5 hours a day. But I may choose the time when I will go to the job. If in the morning - than I may end sooner, or later - than I have to work until 6-7PM. I organize conferences, I do some administrative job, I translate texts and I also do some projects on my own.
I started to prepare for competitions again in 2006 and this year 2007 I entered the international scene. I think this is my best year ever. I like my job and I like the sport. Now I may have both even sometimes it is hard to manage the time to do both good.
Bodybuilding.com gaves me lot. I found here supportive people and many friends. I think some people are really friends - even I am too far to see them personally. And I have a honour to write here my articles too.
I am trying to stay positive and be an inspiration for all. I think I have average genetics, and I am the ordinary girl - not a star. And when I can do it, others may do it too....
Also I still find here new and new inspiration and new and new great people, who compete or just train around the whole world.
Support and friendship I found here is the best value.
My stats, competitions history and other is in my bodyspace.
My picture from my last competition
Picture from 2004 - see the date of posting
