DOGG Crap training using first 3 wks of 8 wks out for show
By bodytype is ectomorph I have learned for my body, heavy wght, w/higher reps ( 10 - 15) helpls me grow!
My goal is to gain some size in my legs and come in leaner than last show. I have 8 weeks till show time again. Last show was August 25, 2007 next show is Nov, 3, 2007. I came into the last show at 131 the leanest I have been with this mmuscle size on. Goals is to be leaner with more fullness in legs. Also to improve my hamstiring and glute tie in. Gain some calves. I will be posting mostly for legs.
I am not using DOGG Crap for the entire workout.
Using some DOGG crap style- set repition goal for the set. Example is 12 reps. Use a weight that will only allow you to get out about 4-6 on first lift. Pause 5-10 second then push out 4 more pause or rest 5-10 seconds then push out 2-4 or more. If you were able to get out more than 8 reps straight on first lift then you need more weight. You will only do this style 2-3 sets per exercise.
If you do this right you will feel like DOG CRAP after the workout. Really no joke.
Hams first
Prone seated ham curl 30/15x - 130/5+4+4=14reps 130/6+4+2
Lying Curl 110/6+4+1 110/6+3+2 ugh!
Then
Squats w/ olympic bar testing out 95/12 - 115/10 - 135/10 -145/10
Stiff legs w/olympic bar 95/8- 95-10 -115-10- 115- 10
Walking Lunges length of gym( about 24 total) 30lb DB 4 x
Hack Squat 50/10- deep that is why so light with weight. 3x
Leg ext 110/8 - 130/6+4+4 150/6+4+1
Calves smith machine w/ step 120lbs 8/8/8 all 3 anlges x3 total 9 sets ugh!
Thats it guys. OOOOh they were on fire.
