Retaining water for a week?
Hi there. Just started a program Nov 8th and have noticed that my underwear and pants seem awfully tight.
I averaged for the last week (according to Fitday)
Cal 1444
Carbs 42%
Protein 29%
Fat 29% (9% from saturated fat)
I was under on my protein and over on my fat
I weight trained Nov 8,9,12,14,16 and did Cardio Nov 9,13,15 which was a min. 30 min. run.
My question is this. I know I haven't dropped any weight and I know I haven't gained any real weight based on those numbers. Is this water retention. I've been pee'ing like a racehorse for a week now. If so, how long does this last?
