Need help

So....I have read through a lot of posts and it looks like everybody is saying that I should put up a thread for advise if I do anything like posting pics or whatever.....anyways, right now I can post any pics, don't have a working digital camera, and can't really buy one right now, in Iraq. But I am stuck on my size that I have now and am having trouble getting bigger. I am 5'11 almost 6 foot, 164 lbs, 13.5" bi(though most of it is made up of my tris), 44" chest or bigger, 29-30" waist, 24" thighs, and I don't know about my calves. Right now I am just trying to get bigger, not worried about competitions, just trying to get ready to play football when I get back. Any helpful hints would be appreciated, I will post a photo when I get a chance, though it may be a while.

On another note, turns out I could get a pic.....here you go!!

I would just post the pic, but right now I don't have the capabilities to do that. I am working on a government computer, I can't exactly do what most of you guys take for granted. Anyways, that is the best that I can do right now, if you can't see it fine, just give me more helpful advise then just telling me nobody is going to look at my photo.

I eat four times a day. most of the time it is chicken with rice, eggs in the morning, sometimes pasta and meatsauce. but I got the basic eating down.

Back in Iraq

Ok, so I'm back in Iraq for my second year long deployment. and I'm back to needing a little help. I've been trying to figure out a workout that maximizes the short amount of time I have for each lifting session. I know that the only true way to get big really quickly is roids, and I'm not into becoming a rage machine. if someone could help me out with creating a routine that will help me gain muscle and strength realatively quickly I would greatly appreciate the advice.

Hit bench, squat, deadlift very hard. Compound lifts are key, if you could do 4 exercises I'd say bench, squat, dead, curl would be your best bet. Split them up like this: lower (deadlift), push, pull, lower (squat), OFF. That way, you are hitting every body part hard with plenty of time for rest.
