Back in 2000-2001 I lost a great deal of weight with the help of Xenadrines original formula that contained ephedrine. I went from 240 lbs down to around 185. I remember it giving me that great boost of energy by taking it a half hour before training. Along with the energy I had a great amount of mental focus.

Then of course the FDA steps in and bans Ephedrine because of others mis-using it; while still keeping double stuffed oreos on the shelfs of super markets across the USA.

Well I found a supplement called LIPODRENE; which has given me back those same feelings and is presently helping me achieve toward my new weight loss goal of seventy pounds. If you're looking to loose weight/fat, and get a boost of energy; I definitely would reccomend in checking out LIPODRENE. I will admit though, that the amount of ephedra used is not a lot, only 25mg, but if you take two-totaling 50mg, 30 min. before lifting-it an awesome effect!

The best energy product I ever used was the old Ultimate Orange w/ ephedra. Wow was that stuff potent. I've used the new Xenadrine Super Hardcore and while it gives me energy, it just makes me feel sick.

Personally I'm not a fan of most body building supplements but I did try No-Xplode a while back and take it occasionally.

Three scoops of that stuff and I turn into a wild beast and get a great workout.

I would definitely say it does what it claims however I don't like to think about what some of the long-term effects these "energy" products may have on our bodies, it can't be good.

I find that your body gets used to N.O. explode after awhile the first time I tried it yeah I got crazy energy and mental focus but now I get a buzz for 15min and it wears off again same with the energy drinks it's just sugar, then you crash there is something called 5hr energy which is pretty good it's like a shot of b12 and you don't crash but with the N.O explode I get the crazy pumps still

I've never experienced too much from endorush. I did experience a good amount of energy and pumps form N.O explode. Overall, spike and spike shooters seem to be the best hands down. 200 mg of caffeine in a viviran or other form is almost as effective and cheap.

gday friends, im from australia and im training to be a tennis professional. During the week as i'm training my balls off doing david ferrer spanish drills i get so sore and need a supplement to recover. I have been cranking protein shakes for ages but can't find one that works instantly for recovery. Is there any magic potion out there?

noone here ever try a product called NANOVAPor by muscletech? I thought all muscletech products were full o crap....well i was really wrong. Day 4 now and i dont thinki will ever ever go off of muscletech NANOVAPOR. I have tried bsn's no-explode but nanovapor destroys it! Such energy pumps and i can go go go . !!
