i voted earlier for cake batter and i have an idea that's related to that.
my wife bought ice cream last night that was called Almond Wedding Cake, and it's frikkin delicious!
so i change my vote to almond wedding or birthday cake batter, or anything that ends with 'cake batter' basically.... except brownie, they have enough chocolate flavors already IMO...

That, or a good tart raspberry. I've only run into one REALLY decent raspberry, and even then it wasn't the greatest imitation ever. I've always wanted a raspberry that actually tastes like... well... raspberries!
Chocolate raspberry could be really good, IMO.
