Wink Picking Back Up

Ok So with the move and the many other things going on in my life I have not been able to do much... No getting online... No True workouts... But now that the dust has settled I'm back in the game and going strong... I've maintained my weight and diet and I've been getting good quality sleep... Anyways for this morning

6am- woke
7am- gym Cardio 1 mile- Abs & Glutes (Same routine as last posted)
8am- Breakfast- Mushroom Scramble (my recipe) - 1/4 lg onion, handful mushrooms, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, pinch of cilantro, pinch red pepper flakes, 1egg and 2 egg whites... Coffee w/S-n-l and Fat Free Milk and 1 slice of Whole Wheat toast... YUMMY... (Good thing about being away for a minute is I perfected some GREAT recipies)

Talking To Finish Out the Day

11am- Turkey Sandwich, Small salad with romaine, mandarin oranges, nuts and rasp. vin. and broccoli
1pm- Peaches and Cream Yogurt
3:30pm- South Beach Chocolate bar
5:30pm- Tuna melt and steamed veggies
8pm- Stewed okra and tomatoes and cottage cheese
10pm- Bedtime

And tomorrow is weights... Woo Hoo!!

Wink Another Day

So today I am going to the gym when I get off... No time in the morning on Mondays...

8:30am- Toasted English muffin, 1tbs peanut butter, 1/3 cup cottage cheese
10:30- Lean cuizine Spinach, mushroom pizza
1:00pm- Half turkey sand (WW Bread, 2oz Turkey and mustard), handful of carrots
4:30pm- Beef Creole (sliced beef, brown rice, rotel, okra and corn), 1/2 cup cottage cheese and small salad with 1tsp ranch
