Another Day
So today I am going to the gym when I get off... No time in the morning on Mondays...
8:30am- Toasted English muffin, 1tbs peanut butter, 1/3 cup cottage cheese
10:30- Lean cuizine Spinach, mushroom pizza
1:00pm- Half turkey sand (WW Bread, 2oz Turkey and mustard), handful of carrots
4:30pm- Beef Creole (sliced beef, brown rice, rotel, okra and corn), 1/2 cup cottage cheese and small salad with 1tsp ranch
