I think I did like 95 in middle school, but I didnt lift again after that until I had been playing football for a couple years, and then I got 155

i was doing around 130ish like my frosh year without touching weights before had to go lighter because i coudlnt get the form lol

When I started I didn't even have a bench, so I was doing 80lb floor presses with like 5 sets of 12 lol.

Second or third time I was probably only using 7.5kg (16.5lb) dumbbells.

Hmmm, it was a while until I benched. But beacuse I did pushups a lot, I was around 130 pounds first bench.

I didn't bench right away. After months of only machines, I switched to bench and did like 140x5.
