youll like it, i gained 10lbs after 3 buckets of it.. but then one day woke up at 3am heart racing and sweating.. check my blood pressure at rest the next day and was up 20 points.. from 120-140.. for no reason! .. bp has since stabilized after stopping the heavy mj usage.. i was drink 3/4 serving size 2x/day.. now i only drink 1/4 serving size 1x/day.. just till i finish the last one,..
it has a large amount of sat fat and colesterol.. this may be the reason my bp was high, not sure, could also just be the weight gain in general.. idk, but im glad its over with.. im gaining 5 more lbs then im done for a while..

It's advertised as chewable tablets, but it chews like rocks, and tastes even worse! This sh!t gets stuck all over your teeth and it takes 5 minutes to get it off. I can't believe I bought 3 bottles!
Oh well, lesson learned.
Optimum Nutrition whey protein has about 5 times the amount of BCAA and tastes a lot better and is a lot cheaper!

Im usually pretty good otherwise, I just stick to the really well established stuff and buy high quality but bargain hunt and force BB.COM to match.
Im sure they still make money off me and im a good consistent customer but I wont just like pay whatever they ask without 1-2 hours of leg work on the net and coupon usage and freebie asking....
You get the point..be a good consumer.
Id say the best deal ive gotten was that 20 dollar Rag sale and it comes delievered also......I even asked for freebies on my 2nd order and they sent all kinds of free samples and a Tshirt I gave my brother.
Pretty sweet for 20 bucks I got 40 servings of a high quality PWO supplement, a decent Tshirt, all types of samples of stuff...and free delivery.

Myochem's Myomale 2010. Purchased at a 2 for 1 sale. It did nothing at all, not even an extra boner. Total waste of money. Also USP Labs new Powerfull did jack squat as well.

I think the only thing worth spending money on is protein and a good multi-vitamin. I also take some sups for kidney and liver support.

two big pails of real gains that my parents threw out when I moved out. probably NO xplode and cellmass when I didn't have my **** together and thought that supplements would make up for not having a good diet and not knowing what one was. Pretty much anything I bought before I had all my **** together and experience with bodybuilding. nitro tech bars are freakin disgusting and wasted money on those too.

I'm a huge fan of all Universal products EXCEPT for M-Stak. Had my diet in check, ate like a freak and had a solid workout plan...got absolutely nothing out of it. The only gains i made were the gains i normally made without M-Stak.

its amazing that ppl would do this.. my bass player once gave me gnc vanilla pp a full 2lbs because he didn't like the taste.. i was like HELL YEAH
