Has anyone else used Hydroxycut Hardcore!?
This week, I started taking Hydroxycut Hardcore (because I already took the ingredients that were in regular Hydroxycut). I took it the first day, felt great, didn't overeat or feel too hyper (since I'm not caffeine sensitive).
I followed the instructions and took one before my morning workout. But why is it that late that evening, I felt like my body wanted to keep doing something. I didn't feel bad, but it was just harder for me to fall asleep, even after only taking 1 liquicap that whole day!
I'm no stranger to supplements, but I am new to thermogenics. I took a Green Tea Fat Burner, as well as B-vitamins in the past, but this is something new for me.
Has anyone else taken Hydroxycut Hardcore? If so, what kind of results did you get? And is what I'm feeling typical?

I took it in the past, didnt help me burn fat but thats because at the time my diet wasn't in check so obviously that was the problem. I didn't like how it wanted me to take like 6-9 pills a day WAY to much caffeine. All in all I didn't like it and would recommend you look into Thermo-gain by muscle tech I did enjoy that a lot.

I've got a good diet plan ahead. For me, losing fat, I'll have to eat less than 1400 calories daily, primarily protein and carbohydrates and only good fats. something like a 40/40/30. But I'm only taking 1 pill a day, I think thats where I'll stay.
Besides, I spent freaking 59.99 on it. I dont want to give up on the first try.

My 2 cents:
I took it on as an energy/ fat burn supp. Worked great (3 2x a day) with a clean diet. I mainly felt jittery rigth after i took it, which for me was great for mornings and preworkout. Its expensive but was worth it for me to jumpstart my fatloss.
hope that helps!

You weigh 146 lbs. and are taking a thermogenic? Seems to me you are going the wrong way on a one-way street.

well, for competition, I'll need to get whereever will land me at 9% BF. I think that would mean me losing 11% BF, which is like about less than 120 lbs. Off season, I want to be between 125-130 @ 14% BF... like I said, I got like 22 lbs to lose before competition in April so I need that thermogenic, lol,
