I have alot of coworkers ask me this question over and over. and I've seen alot take soo many different sups for weight loss, but the truth is its only when I helped cleaned out their diet did they lose weight.
Or you could use ephedera, only think i knew that worked. just you cant buy over the counter

sesamin is usually quite effective in men with high bodyfat (personally reccomend sesapure or sesathin). Green tea extract (standardized for EGCG) is a good addition to any stack.

I agree totally. just clean u your diet. Eat less each meal and eat more times a day to promote a faster metabolic rate. but you can try hydroxy cut, lippo 6, I take these green tea "fat burner" pills I got from costco. Just bought them for kicks. I really don't know if they are helping at all, but they were cheap and green tea is good for you

Ginger Thermogenic action. Ginger induce the muscle tissue to consume more oxygen, which is necessary for burning fat as a source of energy fuel. That is why some supplements combine this herb with some others, like cayenne, since its constituents have been shown to have similar properties, as well as to affect metabolic rate.
Garlic: It?s not about the breath it?s about burning the fat, and nothing is as potent as garlic. Garlic is a powerful antioxidant against lipid per oxidation. Add some to your food for a strong fat loss gain! ...

Well... it's sort of good that you didn't because they are all parts from fad diets

when you incorporate those foods into a healthy diet, it is not a fad. as long as you don't solely eat one certain food out of those foods as your diet, then i don't see the problem

Whether or not you eat a part of a grapefruit or a cup of tea, they will not make any difference in the outcome of a diet.
Above anything else, it's psychological. Insert any other healthy food here.
