you are talking about No-Xplode here right? Ang alam ko sa No-x is for pre-workout and not for post-workout. try mo 2 scoop tol for 3 consecutive days.. 30 to 45 mins before workout with an empty stomach. I don't know kung ako lang nakaka feel nito pero i feel more motivated at mas malakas when using 2scoop of NO-X. kung hindi mo ma feel try mo din yung superpump.

nope. ung whey protein lang. na try ko ung no explode. nakihingi ako ng tingi tingi lang sa isa kong barkada. walang effect. well, i think ndi sya hiyang sa akin. wla talgang epekto.
ung na try kong ok is ung Higher power arginine ethyl ester. - ok ito as pre workout - parang description ng no explode.

thats what the label recommend, preworkout. i would say 2 scoops kung sanay ka na. but for 1st timers that might be too much. yeah, but i agree you should only take it preworkout not at post. a good post sipplement would be creatine or protein shake.

Am still doing my PCT now, but I have not lost any weight pa din!! My strength has decreased a bit, but my golf game is doing great! Di talaga pwede pag sabayin! Wala na si braso ah? Si jralva? Si Joms? Lil rane? Mukang ako lang ang hindi na overdose dito!! LOL

tinatago ko nga yung tyan ko eh kainis na love handle hahaha pero pag naka damit naman d naman masyado halata nyahahaha.. OO nga nawawala sila idol braso , joms ,jralva and bigrane.. mukang naghahanda na sa pag uwi sa pinas si Braso lolz.. bout dun sa sinasabi mo yah dami nga bago ngyn dito and thats good mdami pde mag share ng advice, well we all have our own opinions naman din on how to properly train, some works for them some not, in the end we all based it in our experience hahaha.

ok lang as long as you know what your doing and you apply some saftey precautions, pag bench mas mabuti kng meron kang bench na may spotter or ung pang alalay just in case mag failure ka para d babagsak sa chest mo. Ako sa bahay lang ako nag gym I started on 2 adjustabel dbs then may nakta ako maganda deal na bench with 300lb olympic weights. then I bought another 300lbs then my latest addition sa setup ko was my lat machine.
for me mas ok sa bahay dahil you can workout anytime you want at your own phase plus less distraction, disadvantage is wala ka makitang chiks haha and other people to inspire you.

Guys Question and Advice lang
Bulk ako ngayon and currently 170 na ako, pero tumaas ang bf 21% na, pero if i go by the mirror ayos lang sakin, i can still put more,
so do i go by the number and cut for a month or 2 or by the mirror and continue to bulk

I would say post some pics first hahaha so we can tell you to bulk or not hehe,
IMHO ok lang mag increase ang bf during bulk but control it pa din sympre. Ako kse I don't rely much sa scale mas tinitignan ko yung sa mirror eh.

Yeah, para sakin ayos lang naman kung magdagdag pa ako, pero i think may nabasa ako dito na hindi advisable mag bulk kung 20%up ang bf ??

hahaha yung program ko paiba iba eh every 4weeks, ikaw ba ano ba goal mo? baka gusto mo try yung 5x5 or rippetoe.
ang 3day split ko is Chest/Back, Legs Delts, Arms
ngyn ang goal ko is to increase upper chest mass and biceps. so naka 4 day split ako
Chest/Back , Biceps/Triceps, Rest, Legs/delts, Chest/Biceps hehhe ito ang plan ko this coming week para maka habol upper chest/biceps ko.
