Newbie Needs Help!? Please :)
I need to lose some fat! Sorry but the women are not giving me any advice in the Female section so I am hoping you guys will be alittle bit more helpful. I am alittle bit stressed out because I was asked to do a shoot in the first week of Dec, so that gives me from yesterday when I found out until Dec 6th! I used to work out 3-5 days a week, mostly doing treadmill, squats, eliptical,leg press, low weights for my arms and stationary bike. I am 5'3" @ 120lbs I want to be 110-115lbs by Dec 6th if possible. My only concern areas is my tummy which I just want it flat, no 6pack, my thighs they are muscular as it is from playing sports in High school and I just want them to look toned down alittle, and my butt. Should I continue doing the things I used to do, or can you guys suggest certain things that might help me get as close to my goal as possible before Dec?!
