I go to the gym twice a week at the moment but hopefully i can squeeze another session in soon.My old sport was Athletics, but unfortunatly i have had lots of injury problems so ive not been running for well over a year now.
My mates keep encouraging me to try bodybuilding, but im more interested in
getting into fitness modeling. My dream is to make front cover of Mens Health!.
At the gym im just using machine weights and a few dumbel workouts like rows and bicep curls. My gym sessions last about 45 mins.I will tell you that i dont touch leg weights,my last squat session was years ago.The reason ive not worked my legs is because while i was running my coach would advise me not to do squats ect because too much bulk will effect my running in a bad way!.But now i've stopped athletics im going to start for real.
I want to include in my training lots of deadlifts and squats.
I will post many more pics tomorrow....

yeah, something's off here. I'm not hating the body, it's great - one of the best I've seen in a while here, esp. your quads. But I'm not buying the whole 45 minute session, only twice a week and only using machines with no leg work. How can you have that much leg development without ever working out your legs? Were you big/fat before, started running and doing track and field, and lost a ton of weight?

Nice job ADD, u look great. Would you mind outlining how you came to this physique? What kind of workout you did/diet in a bit more detail.
I think this would help clear out some confusion.

Don't usually comment on photos but the 2 times a week workouts and no leg workout peaked my interest.
Amazing physique but you usually only see legs like that on sprinters. Are you a sprinter or long distance runner?
Also, I'd be interested in what your 2 day routine is. I'm a fan of abbreviated training.
Cheers.

No way would he have been a distance runner with those legs...they are the legs of a sprinter or, at a push, a 400m runner..
He says his old sport was athletics and it sounds like he got pretty advanced at it..therefore he would have been working his legs virtually everyday, anabolically, with short, sharp and intense sprints.
That said, they do look very advanced and developed for someone who doesn't train them in a gym - look at his teardrops..seem to be that aesthetics has been a factor in their development.
Should also add that he doesn't claim to have never trained his legs - he says 'my last squat session was years ago'. This is a supremely fit guy who has trained hard for many years...I don't see any reason to doubt him yet...
Out of interest, how far in athletics did you go? did you run for anyone?

Maybe he's exaggerating a tiny bit?
I know that many, many track stars don't squat..but most do some kind of leg work in the gym..
It is hard to see how someone could get/maintain such separation and outstanding leg development without some gym work - I say maintain as the guy clearly states that he used to squat and train legs.
