I'd say 11-12% because your abs are still a bit blurry. If you don't want to lose muscle mass during a cut, just got for a really small amount of weight loss weekly. Like .5 to 1lb a week while eating clean. That should ensure that you won't lose that much muscle.

Shane, I'd say 11% would be a good choice. Maybe a little less, depending on what's growing on your legs.

Yeah 10.5 would be a good guess. It'll be hard to lose a lot of weight at that level. Do you have 24hr weigh ins?

Awesome build bro! As lean, I would guess 10-11%, as you are at 200lbs it seems to me you would almost have to drop a little bit of your lean mass to get down to 170. If you did you would look like you were prepped for a bb competition for sure. Anyways, your built like a champ, hope you have good luck in your fights. Keep at it.

You could but 170 is going to be very light for you at 6'1, and you have some good muscle too.
Yeah, if the weigh in is the day of you dont wanna lose more than 5lbs for sure. I thought 9lbs would be nothing for me, but i felt like **** for 2 days from losing 9lbs in 3 hrs to make a weigh in on Friday.

10-11 I would say at 185-190 considering you maintain as much as possible you could get to 8-9

About 11% I think, if your 200lbs that means you only have about 22lbs of bodyfat, at the lowest I would drop maby 5% so 10lbs down to 190lbs total. (Probably more like 12-15lbs of weight loss though as some will come from water and maby muscle)

9-10%
If you cut I'd think you'd lose some strength. As said before you could do it very slowly and possibly get down to 8% but your already ripped dude.

I'm going to have to go with 11%
We need to see your legs to make a guess about what you can lose or re-distribute muscle.
Are you wanting to fight at 170 or 185?
