What are your future plans?
Dear Shane,
I have to say you as well as RC26 have played a big influence on my desire to improve my health and physique. Your videos are really beneficial to show the proper way to perform the exercises. It is also good you divide them up focusing on certain muscle groups/body parts in each one. Of course this goes without saying because an serious bodybuilder enthusiast divides out their workout routines as such. I can say I took your Bodybuilding.com logs and fashioned them to what I can do at my gym. I have seen results but not there where you are yet. Keep Pumping the Iron. What do you plan to do now with your life with high school behind you? College? Job? Not asking for details, generally speaking of course.

Shanes pretty good but the trevor kid is far from it if he thinks he can compete at nationals. I think shane was holding water at nationals though and i watched the chest training and i noticed how shane said chest and calves. Well wouldent you want to keep the blood in your upper body to help with growth? I can see some back extensions after a chest workout but not calves. maybe im wrong i dont know. just my opinion. and i wish shane would've just made a training video instead of showing techniques.
