My new motivation...
So I rented this Halloween costume that is very sexy! So, that means I will have to keep the diet in check and hit the gym extra hard this week so I can look fabulous this Saturday.
Sunday- sprints & abs
Monday- light SS cardio 20 min
Tues- shoulders, abs, maybe some cardio if I have time
I have been eating clean for just 2 days now and I can already notice a change in my energy, well sort-of. I am backing off caffeine so I a lil more sleepy than usual.
