TNT 101 article in Men's Health

There's an awesome article in Men's Health this month about the TNT diet which is ketogenic. Would love to hear people's thoughts!

http://www.menshealth.com/cda/custom..._-The_TNT_Diet

They list suggested foods for LC/keto eating; a workout plan; pre- and post- workout foods; and foods to injest during a carb-up. The FAQ section is very helpful. Some basic observations:

-they don't go into creating a foodplan based on macros
-They have a variety of plans based on your goals and all include a "workout nutrition" plan which is exactly what it sounds like. I think that's CKD (?) or whatever...
-Plan A sounds like keto's two week induction period with no carb-up. They rec staying on that plan for *4 weeks* as your body adjusts.
-Plan C allows for 1 carb-up weekly for muscle growth.
-unlimited veg. though they mention that an overload of fiber blocks the absorption of other nutrients
-they warn ppl not to make this a high protein/low carb/MEDIUM fat diet. to get the benefits, there has to be ample fat.
-great workout plan: http://www.menshealth.com/cda/articl...0012281eac____
