Krav Maga - Losing Weight

Krav Maga - Israeli Martial Arts, Self-Defense
Judo - Grappling, Throws, Etc.
Add both of these into my weight loss portfolio. Anyone have any functional weight lifting exercises to do add more success?

Gym 2 days a week, Krav Maga 2 days, Judo 1 day.
Right now, my work out consists of Squats, Lunges, Leg Raises, Side Raises, Deadlifts, Bench, Incline Bench, Decline Bench, Straight Bar Bicep Curls, Preacher Curls, etc.

Any help will be much appreciated!

I would ask your Krav Maga instructor (I apologize if it is not the correct term) for suggestions on appropriate weight lifting exercises related to that martial art.

I have a couple friends who do that and it is an excellent way to cut fat and get in shape. I wish I had a qualified school nearby to be able to participate. Enjoy!
