Shoulders / abs
10/20/2007

Arnold Presses 4 X12 - 25lbs dumbells
Upright Rows 3X 12 - 40lb barbell
front raises 3 X 12 per side 12.5lb dumbells
lateral raises 3 X 12 per side 12.5lb dumbells
shrugs - 3X 12 30lbs dumbells
yu-lateral raises 3*20 - 17.5lb dumbells

Superset with

side bends - 3 X 15 - 15lbs dumbells
weighted crunches - 3 X 15 - 45lbs
reverses crunches - 3X10
roman Chair leg raises 3 X 10

Followed by 1 hr cardio (45 min stairmaster OUCH and 15 min elliptical)

Talking Chest workout Oct 21 / 07

today was chest / cardio day

bench press 4 X 10 - 105lbs
incline bench press 3X 10 - 30lbs dumbells
incline flies 3X12 - 15lbs dumbells
decline press 3X12 - 15lbs dumbells
push ups 3 X 6 (ya its all i can do)

45 min elliptical level 10 incline 14
