Arnold Presses 4 X12 - 25lbs dumbells
Upright Rows 3X 12 - 40lb barbell
front raises 3 X 12 per side 12.5lb dumbells
lateral raises 3 X 12 per side 12.5lb dumbells
shrugs - 3X 12 30lbs dumbells
yu-lateral raises 3*20 - 17.5lb dumbells
Superset with
side bends - 3 X 15 - 15lbs dumbells
weighted crunches - 3 X 15 - 45lbs
reverses crunches - 3X10
roman Chair leg raises 3 X 10
Followed by 1 hr cardio (45 min stairmaster OUCH and 15 min elliptical)
