Best for losing fat while gaining muscles???

Hey I was wondering what you guys thought would be a good diet for me trying to lose fat while gaining muscle? I have basic knowledge about all this but was wondering what you guys thought was best. Any advise is always helpful. thx

here is my input

Well you probley already heard it before but by eating multiple meals a day spread out evenly will help. If not possable eat your whey protien in between meals. Your hydroxycut will help but you must do atleast 30min of cardio a day to seek better results. Doing more cardio than that a day will increase your chance of burning off some muscle. Eat the most in the morning alot of fruit for that natural sugar and well balance it so you wont crave sugar as much. Well dont eat alot or any dairy products. You can drinks some milk for dairy make sure its skim of lowfat. well I know you already researched and know this but stick to it and dont give up and you will see results and you might not notice it your self as much as others will so keep your improvement pictures going.well hope this helps a little
