What's your favorite day in the gym???
I love training legs!! I call it SQUAT DAY!! Squatting is about all I do for legs, that and dead-lifts. If you are finding it hard to put size on your legs it?s cause you aint squattin. (LOL) Write me back and tell me what you like to train.

Leg day too! Just added walking lunges. My trainer said the leg press was as good as squats so does that count? Of course I'm just starting out and don't lift a lot. Yet! But definitely leg and butt day!

I dont like squat day, because you cant even see the pump unless your not wearing shorts or anything. My favorite day is chest and tri's, because i get pumped up to look like twice as big!!

My favorite day would have to be BACK as well.
Nothing beats the feeling of your lats becoming so engorged with blood that the skin is almost about to be torn apart. ...not even on a leg day!

Your trainer is WRONG, there is nothing that will replace squats. The squat hits so many muscle groups in the body. Leg press ia 5 on the scale of 1-10 squats are a 10!!! I say fire your trainer and get one that knows the importance of the squat.

Me too!!!!  A2G Squats are my #1 favorite exercise in the whole darn world. If I had only one exercise for the rest of my life, that would be it! My legs are still sore from Friday lol  The only bad thing about leg day is trying to sit on the toilet with DOMS...your hammies hurt lowering you down, and your rear hurts when it's on the seat.

I cant do free standing squats or lunges because of a bad knee but i can use the machines that isolate with little pain

I love training EVERYTHING...  So I do FBWs. 
I know they're mainly for beginners and I've been working out for over 2 years, but I LOVE the "whole package" feeling, having a pump in every bit of my body and feeling "fully completed".

Holy crap I guess,,,I just started doing squats again Sunday, And man O man .....I don't like the toilet seat, especially here it's cold..... GRRRRRRRR Husband has a bad back and can't do squats ,so I had to break from the pack on leg day and do em' by myself...Definatley gonna continue doing them...Nothing makes my legs as sore as squats..WHOA !!!!!I started with 105lbs. I hope to raise this number over time...

I've decided that when I have my own place, I'm gonna get one of those padded toilet seats! It would cushion my sore bum 
This weekend my inner thighs were sore too from my second-favorite...Roman Squats! No, these aren't ballerina plie's...these are wide-stance, point your toes out, get rid of those wimpy DB's, tear up your inner thigh-squats!!

Leg day for sure! I do FBW's too though anymore but when I used to split, I loved the feeling of not being able to walk out of the gym without concentrating on each step!
I miss my big jumping quads!!!

yes squats are very very effective
too effective, if you ask me. I have these huge gorilla thighs because of the huge muscle i've developed, and the unfortunately stubborn fat piled on top.
I'm probably one of the few people in the world that actually prefers cardio.
I especially like high intensity step aerobics.
This is my preference
--Chest, Tri's
--Biceps
--Back
--Shoulders
--Legs
in that order.

I have just fallen in love with back day! Ever since I realized I could do cable rows if I sit on the floor in front of my *one* machine, my lats have exploded and I just adore-adore-adore my back!!  My second favorite would be Shoulder Day, since now that I'm pulling so many front double-biceps shots and just flaring out my lats for the fun of it, I'm thinking my delts are looking pretty good, too--and I want to keep them that way!
