thanks for the compliment! i notice it's always the teeny boppers that claim this. the fact is that YOU can't get near this level with or without gear because you don't know what the hell you're doing. plain and simple. here's a pic of me at 15 after a little over one year of hard training. i gained about 30 lbs in that year and my arms were almost as big then as they are now. i hardly knew what i was doing back then but still managed to make great progress. that foundation has stayed with me all thru the years of on and off training. so please refrain from commenting on **** you know nothing about. how about spending a little less time on the computer and more in the weight room and maybe you'll get somewhere but i doubt it.

Well I dont want to doubt anyone. IF you took some juice to help out...Thats fine. It still takes lots of modivation, time, effort and tons of hard work to get where you are....Congrats and keep it up dude!....oh...and if steroids where legal and didnt hurt your body, I would take them as most anyone would..

ok i finally broke down and shot a quick clip of myself posing. i didn't really want to at this time because i'm not where i want to be in terms of shape yet. i've been on a bulk cycle since early september and have really smoothed out. in the pics i posted back in july i was about 158 and 8.8% bf. today when this vid was shot i weighed in at about 170 & 12.5% bf. I'm 12 pounds heavier but i hate seeing myself like this! no definition..no tan and my abs and vascularity are pretty much gone but it's ok because it's just a means to an end. i'll continue to bulk til january or so then start leaning up and by next summer my goal is to be over 160 and closer to 6% bf.
also..my posing is awful!..lol..this was after a hard workout so i was quite exausted and just wanted to get it over with. i'm huffing and puffing like i just ran a marathon. in retrospect i should have done more of a variety but literally after 30 seconds of hard posing i was shot and needed to stop.

I'm pretty sure I've commented to you before, but you look HUGE in that posing video! Awesome, man Maybe ya wanna bring your legs up, but I think they look good, man. Your upper body is the freakin size I'm goin for. Even though you've been bulking you still look good, buddy. I know how ya feel though... I too am losing my definition
Looking forward to seein progress pics someday
hahahahahaha I'll still never understand how I weigh like the same as you and look like a newbie compared to you By the looks of you in that video I'd say we're about the same leanness... I was 167.6 lbs on the scale this morning. DARN IT!!! I'm trying to look more filled out like you!!!!

thanks for your encouragment! maybe i'd wanna bring my legs up?!?! i'm trying very hard to bring the wheels up to par. but i had a lower back injury a while back so heavy full squatting is out unfortunately. but i make due with somwaht heavy bench squats, hacks and one legged leg presses..those kill! i'm getting stronger practically every workout so hopefully some new size will soon follow. calves need some serious help too but i'm killing them as well.

You're welcome
I know what ya mean about wanting to bring up a lagging area. I think your legs are a good size, but I'm also not a big fan of HUGE legs.
My calves are pathetic

Jcuiccio, you look phenominal.
I have been curious as to what a natural bb'er looks like at 5'7". Now I know what to shoot for! If I may ask, what size is your wrist and/or chest?

You look really good. I don't think there is any doubt you tweaked your original photos, to a fair extent. However, you prove in the video that you have a superb physique and that the original photos were not altered to misleading proportions.
As regards the juicing - guys, some people don't want to post their pictures and admit that they use, or have used, anabolic steroids and the like..Sometimes you shouldn't keep asking.
I'm not saying you did/do....it's certainly possible to have that physique naturally...and, of course, not naturally.
Anyway..you look great, for any age..

Video
Fake! Phony baloney! Your face looks different! Where's the mirror now?!? Where's the spoon? Where's the fork?!? And the tattoo switched sides again!!
Haha, just kidding. This was the funniest thread I've seen here. I nearly split my sides at all the mirror explanations. That is one great physique you have rebuilt! Respect.

I just spent a half hour learning about boneheads.
Great work. Great physique. I am also 39 .... I got 12 months of fitness under the belt and hope to match you at 18 months. However, I went from farm boy to scrawny body and have a little mass to add.

thanks everyone. i'm sure i'll go for another photo session and vid when i reach my goal for summer 2008. and i have no plans to compete anytime soon. i'm not going anywhere near a stage until my lower body has shown some drastic improvement. if that take 5 years..so be it! i'm not going anywhere i was only down to 8.8% bf at 158 so if i did compete i'd have to go much lower than that. i'd probably have to dip under 150 to actually be considered "ripped".

lol..oh yea! where is that numbnut?!? well if i recall he admitted that he no longer thought i doctored the pics. instead he switched gears and said ok you do look like that but only because you use gear so it's pointless to retort as he'll find a way to twist it. and thanks for the positive feedback...

hey danny boy..thanks for the good advice..oh and i just checked out your pics and i think i'm going to have to quit working out now. it's obvious there's no way i can ever look as good as you so why even try? you've sucked all the motivation out of me with your outstanding physique and i'm utterly humbled by your awesomeness. unless you can tell me your secret?..then maybe there's a chance if i work really, really hard i can maybe look even half as good as you some day..ROFLMAO!

First I?m not one to cyber punch anyone willing to take the time to get back into shape. But I do look and see that at 15 you already had advanced development for a teen. So there was some serious training in the past. A lot of the development did come from very good genes, and muscle memory. But, bottom line you are a fitness poster for those who fell off the weight bench and need to get back on it.
