MVP has passed Kennedy
who would have thought this a year ago when Kennedy was all the rave and getting the big push? now MVP is Vince's new pet.

No doubt about it, MVP has blown Kennedy away, he's just flat out better on the mic AND in the ring, overall has a much better vibe to him.
Something went wrong with Kennedy along the way, these past few months they haven't really done much of anything with him, i'm not saying he's no good but as they are currently using him he's starting to grow pretty stale.

i think kennedy fell off -- if the dude could write his own promos, he'd be better. Remember when he first started off and he would punk out the crowd and tell everyone to move and then throw his opponent in the ring instead of into the crowd? That was funny. Kennedy is a funny guy and he sucks as a heel. If he was a monster face, he'd be way more over.
With a guy like Kennedy, you need to steadily push him constantly until he hits prime time. The thing was, he got a big push right out of the gate...and then they just seem to have given up, so he got a bit stale...and then they continued not to do anything with him....and he got a little more stale...and then they sent him to RAW and that was their chance to reinvigorate Kennedy and push him steadily every week towards something bigger...and they didn't.

Final nail in Kennedy was when they screwed up his angle with Edge by moving Edge to Smackdown! and leaving Kennedy on Raw.
Then he just shot himself in the foot with the Signature Pharmacy thing bringing down his house of lies.

Yes that was extremely stupid to move him to Raw but they raided the Smackdown roster to boost the ratings for Raw. He should've fueded with Edge for the title when he came back from his injury

MVP has charisma by the bucketload, cuts entertaining promos & is developing into a real top line worker.
Kennedy says his name and gets lauded as some sort of great stick man for doing so, has some charisma and has imprved from a poor worker to a better than average one- should be a mid card guy but in the current climate will continue to be pushed, being a company stooge has not hurt him either.

it doesn't help that Kennedy has already been injured a lot since he debuted 2? years ago.
