Kind of hard to tell because you don't have the same angle/poses on them. But for over a year there isn't THAT much of a change. A change none the less. How much have your lifts changed?

Just because the weight change doesn't mean there is great progress. I am not saying he didn't have any, but you can't thoroughly tell. If there were a pre rear-double bi compared to now maybe you can, but the lighting on the 1st picture is tough to tell. Then you only have an upper body shot and a bi shot. No back or legs to tell from either. From what you can tell it just looks like you tried putting on mass which worked out, but do you have any more pics, I'd be interested in seeing those changes. (no homo)

I would imagine all feedback would be good. Excellent transformation, not only your body but your discipline and determination.

I appreciate the feedback and all, but you gotta be kiddin me dude, not a big change of 32lbs? Kept myself all natural, nothing but a little creatine, and on a hardgainers genetics? The first pic can't you see my insanely tiny arms? That should be good enough, the rest of my body was the same, skinny everything, lol what should I have done? 50 lbs in a year all natural? That doesn't happen, sorry 32 isn't enough....?

Pictures are a much better indicator than numbers. There isn't much to compare the current photos to is what I said. People can gain 32 lbs and not have much to show for it. I am not saying this is the case by any means. Did you get your body fat tested before and after? How much did your lifts grow? Any progress is good progress, but you shouldn't say this "WOw, here is my transformation, didn't realize it was this big until I looked at my old pic, woo hoo!!" Especially when you want feedback. It isn't humble by any means. 32 pounds is slightly less than 2.5 lbs a month and that would be out of this world if your body fat didn't change at all or very little. I am not trying to be an ******* or rude so don't take it as that. But check other people's progress and see where I am coming from.

I am not arguing one bit. And if you were 5% body fat before you would be shredded dude, come on. I never said it wasn't a good change, you just need pictures to compare it to. How much did your lifts change for the 3rd time?

5%bf at 158 and 6'3" isn't shredded, it's really skinny!! it's skin and bones and a little muscle, lol, lifting stats, well I'll give you my legs, went from machine press repping weight of 200 to 360lbs, bench of 185-max to 4x10 of 200lbs here's my month old writeup, you can refer to that for body stats

pictures from before my transformation don't have my shirt off, I wasn't exactly confident enough to pose for the camera when I was that thin, sry

joakman wtf dude O_O look at the size of his arms compared to the new pics, look how in his first picture the shirts are baggy whilst in the ones in his profile he fills them all out, his chest sticks out now unlike earlier. YOU can see a BIGGGG DIFF.

i agree with joakman. the numbers are pretty much meaningless, it's the way you look that really matters in terms of progress. and you weren't 5% bodyfat when you started and you aren't 8% bodyfat now, believe that. looks like pretty standard progress to me.

excuse me? Your telling me what bf% I was? Wow, how arrogant man! If it's how I look, then LOOK! Holy krap if you can't see a diference, then your completely blind, a little scrauny arm, and body to begin with, yes I was 5%bf, how the hell could you tell that? Yikes, you and joakman need to not comment. It's supose to help people, by giving them praise where it's due.
And you say it's standard progress! Guess everybody grows the same huh? Guess everybody can just automatically pack on muscle mass despite tons of factors.
Wow, too funny, if you can't see difference in those pics, you need your eyes checked, I'm not even joking. I was skinny all my life until 19, then I put on 32 lbs in 1 year (almost no supplements), that's standard progress? YOu don't know what your talking about, you can believe that!
ps I was featured as bb.com transfo of the week...standard progress? I don't think so....

lmao, what are you getting mad at me for? it's like you made this thread expecting 100% of the replies to be overwhelmingly positive and if anyone thought your progress was anything besides extraordinary, there must be something wrong with them. i'm an unbiased observer who has seen plenty of progress and honestly, your progress is average for 13 months of lifting. if you have a problem with that, reevaluate what your standard of "good progress" is.
also, don't twist what i said. nobody said there isn't a difference...me and joakman have been basically saying your progress, which does exist, is just ordinary for someone who has been weight training for 13 months.
3rd thing, i always lol @ the classic noob "and i did it with no supplements!11" as if this somehow makes your achievement 10x more respectable or something.

Here, I'll say this easy so the classic noob "yourself can understand"
supplements make you grow a hell of a lot easier than nothing, have you ever weighttrained? wow, you must be totally deficient of any bbuilding knowledge to not know that no supplements=much more work...who are you?
2nd of all, you told me I didn't even know my own bf%, and you did from a pic showing only my arms, how arrogant is that? can't get out of that one.
3nd of all ordinary means nothing in bodybuilding. NObody grows or reacts the same, did you consider metabolism, diet, genetics, health problems, or anything at all? I guess 32lbs of muscle transformations are just normal huh....
4th, yeah I like CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM, you didn't offer anything, you basically called me a liar with my bf%, and said nothing was impressive, that's not helpful to me, and you don't like that I'm not happy with that? wow...guess I"m just....normal! you could have said where I need some more work, etc. but you didn't, the end...

lmao. you should have stopped posting before you wrote this; you've just solidified the fact that you're an idiot.

It's quite easy to tell you have no ability whatsoever to accurately judge bodyfat. You are not 8% now just like you weren't 5% then, you're simply misguided.

"3nd" rofl, and yes, there is a general trend to how much muscle people ordinarily put on over a length of time when exposed to weight training. keep quoting your numbers like they're important.

ps where's your great transformation?....oh wait....do you even have one? maybe you shouldn't criticize until you have some experience of your own!

Yeah...I have no way to judge my own bodyfat%..man you speak before you know anything, YOU KNOW NOTHING! Your a know it all. As a matter of fact I was tested in a college lab by kinesiology major students, testing it as a favor because my brother is a masters in biomedical engineering (to get my 5% pretransformation)...misguided huh! wow your stupid..I suppose you know more than they did from a pic of my arms, man your arrogant!
a general trend to growth...is general! there are exceptions moron, are you not aware of this.
have you ever weightrained in your life? its like i'm talking to a complete lifting nooby
I guess numbers arent important, those 32lbs must have been invisible muscle lbs, the kind that never show up, or just accululate in your butt...I'm not sure where they go...
Wow I feel dumber for having talked to you, hope this is what youo wanted, keep up the great comments man, you do a lot of good...mr. know it all
ps next time you call a top pre-med student stupid, look at yourself!
