Totally busted back and traps today. I had 2 workout partners and it was a killer workout! We really nailed it good. I tried to keep up with eights used and set etc but we moved a lot of weight and did a ton of sets. 5 was the main number of sets with 6 on 1 or 2 exercises. Here is a break down of todays workout.
BACK
Wide Grip Pull Downs: 4 x 10-12 with 150lbs for the first 3 sets then 135 for the last 2
Rack Pulls: 135 x 15, 225 x 12, 315 x 10, 405 x 6, 405 x 1, 315 x 10 .. back was fried lol
* 2 inches below knees
Close Grip Pull Downs: 4 x 10-12 with 120, 130, 140, 150
Incline Bench DB Rows: 4 x 12-15 with 30, 40, 50, 60
Rev CG Pull Downs: 4 x 12 with 120, 130, 140, 140
TRAPS
DB Shrugs: 4 x 15 with 80, 90, 100, 100
CALVES
1 leg toe press on leg press: 4 x 15 with 135lbs
Pre-Workout: 1 scoop opus, 1 scoop creatine
Intra-Workout: Chained Out!
Post Workout: 2 scoops HumaPro, 1 Scoop Chained Reaction
NOTES: I am very pleased with todays workout. We had a great time and it felt nice to train with the big boys in the gym. It really motivates me. OPUS did an outstanding job today and it totally kept me going!

it was a nice workout, next time even more intense im sure. there are 3 of us training and all 3 of us love killin it!

Damn what a KILLER workout today. My god it was intense! I busted shoulders wife the fawk open, then "attempted" to hit biceps the same way but after shoulders i could barely move my arms. I swear i havent felt a pump like this in a long ass time.
On to the workout!
SHOULDERS
Dumbbell Shoulder Press: 20, 15, 12, 10, 8 W/30,40, 50, 60lbs
Barbell Upright Rows: 4 x 15 with 95, 100, 105, 115lbs
Rack Lateral Raises: Grab a lighter weight get 10, increase 5-10 lbs get another 10 reps, go up again 5-10lbs for another 10. Then repeat back down to the starting weight. Total of 50 reps (repeat this for 3 total sets) 20, 25, 30, 25, 20 on 1st set, next 2 sets were 15, 20, 25, 20, 15
Superset:
Seated Bent Over Rear Flyes: 15, 12, 10, 8
with….
Seated Front Raises: 15, 12, 10, 8
W/10, 15, 20, 20
*My shoulders were fried, pumped and i couldnt move them. I had to sit there on the bench for 10min and let them cool off!
BICEPS
Alt DB Curls: 3 sets of 10 W/25, 30, 35, 30, 25.. made it through 2 sets 
BB Slide Curls: 3 x 12 W/65lbs
*Super Set
DB Hammer Curls 4 x 12 W/25lbs
With..
Seated BB Curl 4 x 20 W/35lbs
*the weights werent very heavy but the pump and pain were crazy!
Pre-Workout: 1 scoop opus, 1 scoop creatine
Intra-Workout: Chained Out!
Post Workout: 2 scoops HumaPro, 1 Scoop Chained Reaction
NOTES: I loved todays workout, I'll be sore as shyt tomorrow for sure. I train legs with my buddy Brandon C4 Cass. Hopefully i'll be able to walk out of the gym and push the clutch in on my Mustang. lol OPUS is still doing a great job, love this stuff.

LEGS with Brandon C4 Cass! EPICNESS! I had to carry the trash can around with me, i felt like puking my ass up but thankfully i held it down. lol Brandon totally destroyed my quads. I havent squatted since December 2011 so i was in for a treat today.
On to the workout!
QUADS
BB Squat: 135 x 20, 225 x 15, 275 x 12, 315 x 10, 365 x 8, 225 x 20.. almost passed out lol
Hack Squats: 225 x 15, 315 x 10, 405 x 8, 465 x 8, 225 x 15
Leg Press: 315 x 20, 405 x 15, 495 x 12, 585 x 10, 675 x 10
Leg Ext: 3 x 15 W/200 1 x 30 W/120
Pre-Workout: 1 scoop opus, 1 scoop creatine
Intra-Workout: Chained Out!
Post Workout: 2 scoops HumaPro, 1 Scoop Chained Reaction
NOTES: Hams are friday. Today was insane, my legs felt hot to the touch and felt as if they were going to rip open. I totally hated but loved the workout. Damn worth it thats for sure. I just hope I can continue training with him. $50 a pop aint cheap.

Quite possibly the most EPIC chest day yet. Full of energy, drive and focus. Me and my training partners hit it hard today and really busted it out!
On to the workout!
CHEST
Decline Bench Press: 12, 10, 8, 6, 8, 10, 12, 20 W/135, 225, 275, 315, 275, 225, 185, 135 (did 75 reps not 20, to light)
Incline Dumbbell Press: 4 x 8 W/ 75, 80, 85, 100
Flat Dumbbell Flyes: 4 x 10 W/40, 45, 50, 55
Super set this with…
Smith Machine Press: 4 sets to failure (use moderate weight, reps should be around 15-20) 135 x 20, 155 x 20, 185 x 20, 225 x 15
Cable Flyes: 150 total reps (take as many sets as you need to reach this total with a moderately heavy weight) 40lbs for 150 reps.. took less than 4 min total
Pre-Workout: 2 scoop opus, 1 scoop creatine
Intra-Workout: Chained Out!
Post Workout: 2 scoops HumaPro, 1 Scoop Chained Reaction
NOTES: My man boobs are pumped, full and hard! This routine i'm doing now is kick ass!! I will be using it for a long time. I have had several people ask me to o the Muscle Mayhem this year. I was going to skip it and focus solely on the Jr. Nationals but I need to get my name and face out there so i might just do the Mayhem June 1st. Keep ya posted.

Very much so. lol Today they are very tender. But i leave for the gym in an hour to train arms with my dudes. We call our little team the MASStastic 3. HULK SMASH, THOR and THING. Matt, THOR has long blonde hair and looks like THOR. Lee, THING, is a big goofy dude so he earnedhis name easily. lol
And it's on now! Diet starts tomorrow for the Muscle Mayhem June 2nd!! BAM! Time to get lean and mean again!

Dorian Yates claims its the best movement for chest, i dont know but i do like the feeling i get from it.

The "trick" i was taught was to bring it down to the neck and elbows back up towards the top of the head. Nice stretch.

Rack Alternating Dumbbell Curls – 3 x 10 w/20, 30, 40, 30, 20 (do 10 reps go up in weight do 10, go up do 10, thenback down)
