Unhappy Technical HELP?!?!?!?!?

Tried to get into my bodyblog last nite and this morning from my main bodyspace page and I get the following message:

Error establishing a database connection

This either means that the username and password information in your wp-config.php file is incorrect or we can't contact the database server at internal-mybb. This could mean your host's database server is down.

Are you sure you have the correct username and password?
Are you sure that you have typed the correct hostname?
Are you sure that the database server is running?

If you're unsure what these terms mean you should probably contact your host. If you still need help you can always visit the WordPress Support Forums.

Has anyone else had this issue? I can write a post from my control panel but not from my main bodyspace page. I am not a behind the scenes computer person who knows about code and all that stuff, don't even load programs, so I know that I didn't mess around anywhere that I shouldn't have. I have no clue as to what this means or what to do about it.

Thanks to anyone who can help!
