Discouraged after 12 weeks need advice
So next wednesday will be my 12 week mark for my cutting started out at 5ft 10 184 will probally end up at 159 and my goal was 155-160. That comes out to 2.08 pounds a week so I guess I lost fat and muscle. I ate super clean, lifted and did cardio 6x and week(seperate). If I had to guess I probally started out at 15-16%bodyfat and again if I had to guess probally 13% now. All I want is to get down to 9-10%, what should I do bulk and keep doing cardio, keep doing what im doing ??? Any input or suggestions would be great thanks

2lbs a week is an extremely healthy amount to lose. More than likely if your diet was spot on and you were lifting and had some cardio, your'e pretty much right where you wanted to be. Don't try to guess anything, go get your actual bf% measured. You have nothing to be discouraged about.

Definitely don't be disappointed man. Thats about perfect weight loss for a healthy range. If you want to be a little leaner keep cutting for another 4-6 weeks than re-evaluate the situation.

Keeping going when you feel discouraged is what seperates the successes from the failures. It always takes longer than you think, so don't let that put you off...

i really hope you achieve your goals. i'm bustin my butt cutting right now. in my 12 weeks i lost 15 lbs ...and have about 20 more to go. i know how it can dissappoint you when you work hard and don't get that goal on the exact date that you set it. if you're anything like me, you become obsessed, which isn't a good thing, but it gets the job done. keep working hard ...! you'll get there!
