These articles are so fukin stupid. Not sure about the Nash one but with terry the reporters just asked him if he would consider the heat in free agency. Why would he flat out say no?
He's going to retire a Mav, book it
"Miami is definitely a title contender. For sure," Terry told the website when asked whether he'd be interested in joining the Heat. "(Team president) Pat Riley is a great guy and what he's done with the organization is tremendous.
"No question, they need a veteran shooter, a guy who can score besides LeBron (James) and (Dwyane Wade), and they know they can count on. I'm a guy that's been in this league 13 years, (averaging) 15 points a night, easy. Off the bench or the starting lineup, it doesn't matter. So I think I'd be an asset to them."

I can confirm, I am title
Everybody keeps talking about Nash to Miami but when did Mario Chalmers become this terrible PG who needs to be replaced ASAP? The Miami Heat's first order of business should be amnestying Joel Anthony and signing a C for the $5 Million MLE. Realistically Samuel Dalembert fits the role if Houston lets him go. Considering Pat Riley will take a flyer on a "talent" in a heartbeat, it wouldn't surprise me to see them sign Greg Oden to a 2 year deal.

Truth. Chalmers has played at a high level this year. He can knock down the open 3 and is a good defender. That's really all Miami needs out of the PG position.
A defensive paint presence who isn't a liability on offense should be Miami's #1 priority.

Anyways, I as a suns fan, dont care where Nash has to go to get a ring. Miami, LA, San Antonio, dont care. That dude deserves a ring more than anyone else in the league and will go down as one of the all time GOATs to not get a ring.
I view it like Tebow to the Jets. Im a ig tebowtime fan, but hate the Jets. However my desire to see him do well is bigger than my hatred. I hope Nash does go to Miami (or wherever) and wins.

Coming at you bro
Terry is a 6th man but not for Wade playing 35 minutes... Terry got a ring so he won't be that desperate
Nash is too good of a person to resort to Miami.

Ya, people have talked about Nash to Dallas but I don't see it. If Dallas gets Dwill like I think they will, they will sign Kidd for cheap to be his backup and if Kidd were to retire I still don't see Nash taking a backup role.

Terry just wants to get another contract from Dallas. Already won a ring, so I don't think he'd take a min to Miami.

wouldn't the heat just release miller's obscene contract and give nash more money than the minimum?

they would still be over the cap and still could only give out the mini MLE. around $3 mil for 3 years

For Nash's sake I hope he gets traded to the Heat. I would rather have him in the Bulls or Mavs but anywhere but the Suns because they have failed him for years.
Nash is a good player, he deserves better treatment.
