Just a heads up, the third study on IntraXCell was done using marathon runners and looking at the onset of blood lactate levels. IntraXCell performed like a champ, delaying the onset of muscular fatigue. This study made it through scientific peer review and has been published. What model? I used to have a cheap(er) gps watch but it didn't sync with a website and it lost signal in woods, around buildings... pretty much everywhere I went :/ And the receiver thing was separate and ran on 2 AA batts and had to clip on your belt. I threw it away.

Put pills in plastic baggy, smash with hammer, pour powder into juice or a shake. You shouldn't be able to taste it all, or at least will be more than tolerable. Unless it's supposed to be time-released it should be fine. IMO.

When you run, say 10 miles, do you focus on keeping your split times the same? Like every mile is 7 minutes? Do you run at the same pace you would for a marathon sometimes so you get the feel for it, or just run a 10 mile pace and when you do the marathon you take it down a notch? If you have a slow mile do you push to make up the time asap, or just plan to make it up over the remaining miles?
Any good runs since last update?
-
Registered User
I know my race pace is about a minute faster than training pace just because of the adrenaline and excitment from the race itself. I focus on covering the distance but then again im not running to win
-
Registered User
so how was intrabolic looking to buy it, have you tried Size ON and which do you recommend? thanks

im training more for distance than speed so i pretty much keep a 8-9 min mile pace right now and just add distance to that. speed wont go down much and im not trying to win any races so it doesnt really both me keeping a slow steady pace
at the end of the runs i will push it for maybe a mile or two depending on how i am feeling
not really had a competition yesterday that i was focusing on, the next 10 days are insane so there will be no time for anything, and then after i will actually start a training plan and will be running 3-4 times a week

taste both are pretty similar
but based on the profile i would take Intrabolic all day
