Thanks guys!
Didn't get to check yesterday due to final's schedule... sucked major ass.. BUT it's done for now!
Shoulder update: Yesterday it was not happy. It throbbed a bit all day. Took ibuprofen and iced when I got home. Today it's feeling much better. The throb is gone and I only feel pain if I rotate it far backward or if I apply pressure. I'm still taking the ib and will ice tonite. I will prob sleep with an icy/hot patch as well. Hopefully it will clear up soon and be good to go for SL on Monday!

Picking up the pieces
Well... the shoulder is isn't happy again today. I woke up with that same throb that I had on Monday. I'm thinking that heat is not doing it good, because both days I woke up with the throb I used icyhot to rub into the shoulder. But on Tuesday when it felt pretty good I had forgotten to use it and just used ice. So, I'm thinking that ice is the best choice, I'll be ditching the icyhot and only icing.
Did some cardio yesterday - 20 minutes on the elliptical, back peddling half the time + 15 minutes on the stairway to hell, side stepping intervals, then finished it off with a few sets of leg extensions for the left leg (it's lagging in comparison)
Nothing today since the shoulder is not feeling great, plus Hubby and I have decided to take a long weekend vacation since I'm finally off of school for now so I've gotta pack.

With the lower weights, for now, I was using about 60sec between sets. Once it gets a bit more challenging I'm going to need 90 or 120. I'll judge it as it comes.

*Weights were still nice and light, focusing on form. This was my first time ever doing OHP. A little awkward, but I think once the weight gets a bit heavier I'll get a better feel for it.
*Pulls and Chins were hard! I'm feeling the chubs LOL Once, these workouts get harder I'll drop down to 4 sets ea, 3 sets ea, then phase them out completely. The veins were a popping!
*Shoulder felt good too. Still a little tight setting up for the squat, so stretch stretch stretch
I'll get my 3rd w/o for the week tomorrow, since I missed my previous one yesterday. Have a great weekend everyone!!

Thanks! It was a bit weird. I have to read up on it again to make sure I'm doing it "correctly", I think once I add some weight and not feel like I'm flinging the bar so much I'll have a better idea. It's pretty fun... you should give it a try!

**Decent workout. Still trying to focus on form with everything. There were a couple of times during the squat where the bar felt unusually heavy probably a form issue. Didn't place it on the back properly, or hold it right most likely. I have to get this down. I still had doms from the last sets of pulls and chins and didn't think I was going to be able to hit them all but I did they are going to be dead tomorrow LOL
**Was hoping to get some cardio in tomorrow but I have work during the day then I have to drive all the way to school afterward, then drive back lol so I really don't think I'll have the energy to do so.
**I'm going to snap some progress piccies on Wednesday, now that I'll finally have some time
**Wednesday will be my last post... the Beta will be officially gone
