I need training and suplement advice
Thanks for reading. I am 6'6", 31 years old about 226lbs and roughly 16% body fat with a 36 inch waist.
I work out M,T,Th & Fr
I would like to get down to about 205-210lbs and 5-8% body fat. Currently I am not taking any suplements at all and doing all weight work in the gym. Can anyone please offer some advice as to good training programs and what are the best suplments to take? I really appreciate any advice.

FWIW, I think that any solid, consistent training program coupled with a good diet will get your BF% down. It's kind of hard to say, "If you wanna get ripped, train like this."
Just wonderin', but why do you want to get down to 205 lbs.? At the stats you listed, you seem like you're in pretty good shape. I think 205 @ 6'6" might put you a little on the thin side.

Good question. I just assumed droping some more weight to get my body fat % down was the right way to do things. I believe I am on the right track I just want to get lean. What do you think an ideal weight for my height would be? Thanks for the help

An ideal weight for you? I'd say about 228 lbs.
You don't necessarily have to drop weight to look leaner. There is something called "body recompisition." That's all I'm telling you, because that's really all I know about it. Perhaps someone else could enlighten us? Anyway, look into that. But, I'm sure that you could put on some muscle and look leaner without having to drop 20 lbs.
