come by and check out my log. I'm racing to a 275x5 bench and 185x3 strict press with comps.

***unless your name is raketteer you are a pussy for not deadlifting.
still pull more than most people in this section. lol deadlifts are not necessary for strength or mass gains. much better ways to do it IMO.

Its funny you say that since my shin is scraped up and was bleeding from my last deadlift.
Like I say, if you ain't bleedin, your not training right! Kids were trying to tell me that this isnt supposed to happen when deadlifting and not to scrape the bar up the knees...if only they knew.

there is not one exercise necessary for mass or strength gains. Deadlifts arent necessary but have way too many benefits to not include them in a workout

lol. That reminded me to update my lifts on here. I don't see your stats up. Bench is incredibly weak b/c of shoulder injury and pecs aren't a functional muscle in rowing, not that my other lifts are impressive (because their not). Thanks dickhead.

I'm not big and Idgaf. I barely lift. I'm also not sure why I'm on this site.
this. for strictly mass building purposes it is a huge waste of energy.
