Need help scheduling when I should take casein and whey
I am a teacher. This is my schedule....
wake up at 6:20, eat lunch 11:25, home at 3:30, gym from 7:30 to 9:30, bed at 11
I am a lean guy that does a good amount of cardio daily mixed with mostly strength training.
when should i take casein and when should i take whey? should i take whey right after the gym, even if i go to bed right after?

Not a Health/PE teacher I hope??? (sorry, couldn't help myself.)
If your diet is already in check and you're meeting your macros with whole food, you don't need either one.
If you're looking for a quick and easy way of throwing more protein in the mix and can't stuff any more food down your gullet, bang a protein shake whenever.
And there's no need for a separate whey and casein shake; just mix your whey with milk or buy a blend and save yourself time, money and effort for no additional gain.

I take whey first thing in a morning, then right after workout (or around 3pm on non-workout day). casein right before bed.
If i were you, i would take whey at 6:20, then after workout at 9:30 and casein at 11
