Muscle Techs Mass Stack (Jay Cutler Box)
During my muscletech mass stack I gained about 8lbs. From 132 to 140.5 N.O. Xplode was the only non muscletech product taken.
I took NaNOx9 and Creakic on the first wk
Week 2: Creakic, Aplodan, Gakic
Week 3: Creakic, Aplodan, Gakic, (BSN N.O. Xplode)
Week 4: Creakic, Anator P70, NaNOx9,
Out of all of the supplements I would only reccomend anator p70 (Anator had a bad after taste.) and Gakic. If you have money I also reccomend Aplodan. I took N.O. Xplode on week 4 to see the difference between NaNOx9 the pumps are about the same. Muscletech's barely legal N.O. product makes N.O. Xplode seem Illegal if you count the energy from the stims.
The only other supplements I used were Cliff Builder Bars and Vitamin Shoppe Protein. I increased my Dumbbell bench press as well by more than 10lbs. My power cleans went up about 40lbs. and my vertical jumps went up. I added apx. 1/2 in. on my arms. I noticed a large increase of strength on wk 3.
I also ate high protein and high carb diet. I shot for about 180gms to 260gms of protein a day. My diet during this cycle included for almost every day(5 eggs, Can of Pineapple, 1lb. Lamb, 10oz. Chicken, 4 slices Whole Wheat bread, 4-8 tbsp. Peanut butter, 3 Protein Shakes, 1 Cliff Builder Bar, 4-8 glasses of milk, 1/2 cup brown rice)
I ate 5-6 meals a day.
My routine looked like this:
4 Day Split
Day 1: Chest, Traps, Shoulders, Triceps
Incline Dumbbell Bench Press 5x5-8
Dumbbell Bench Press 5x5-8
Cable Flys 5x10-12
Power Cleans 5x8
Dumbbell Shrugs 3x8
Lateral Raises 3x8
Seated Dumbbell Shoulder Press 3x6
Bench Dips 5xTo Failure
French Press 3x8*
Close Grip Bench Press 3x8*
Day 2: Legs, Back, Biceps, Forearms
Box Squats 5x8
One Legged Leg Press 3x8
Leg Extensions 3x10
Standing Calf Raises 3x10
Close grip Lat Pull Downs 3x10
One Arm Rows 3x8
Wide Grip Lat Pull Ups 3xTo Failure
Romanian Deadlifts 3x8
Weighted Reverse Grip Pull Ups 3-5xTo Failure
Barbell Curls 3x8
Alternating Bicep Curls 3x8
Zottman Curls 3x20
Day 3: Rest
Day 4: Repeat Day 1
Day 5: Repeat Day 2 (Except substitute jump squats for box squats)
Day 6: Rest
Day 7: Rest

Well for those that might not know the Creakic is 1 month supply, Aplodan: 2 wk supply, Anator p70: 1 wk supply, NaNOx9: 2 wk. supply Gakic: 2 wk. Supply. Personally I thought It was going to be 1 month each. GNC used those in the display case for the mass stack

Congrats on the progress. Maybe you can give a little more insight into the actual MT products that came in the kit?
Each one, it's effects etc.
Again, congrats.

When I began taking Creakic I really didn't notice any difference from plain old creatine monohydrate and Creakic. My muscles did feel fuller however it was not a very noticeable effect. If anyone wants to buy creakic I definetely would not reccomend it. It was just overhyped creatine.
Once again NaNOx9 is an overhyped Nitric Oxide product. I did experience good pumps in my muscles. My shirt felt tighter and I could feel the blood flowing into my muscles. My veins didn't get much bigger than before. I did get veins in my chest and shoulders bigger than most. However I experienced much better results with BSN Nitrix while following the directions on the label exactly. NaNOx9 is just too darn expensive (79.99) when there are better products in existence that are cheaper.
With Gakic a week after I began taken it I was able to do much more on my dumbbell bench press and able to pump out more reps than before. Gakic is not a sudden strength increaser. It took time just like regular gains do and I worked hard with my Gakic.
With aplodan I saw my muscle getting more cut. After my workouts my body felt sorer too. I wasn't really quite sure what results I was to be looking for though.

I bought creakic for 30 bucks and nanox9 for 50 so it was not bad. Is it true though that you get a tingly feeling with nanox9 and get red? I read somewhere some folks were getting a tingling feeling and a burning red feeling all over their skin.

The first couple of times I tried NaNOx9 my ears got all hot and red, I was also really hot. It went away after a while
