Burn the fat, feed the muscle diet
Have any of you heard of this e book? If so, has it worked for you when cutting? Is it worth the $37.00 dollars?

I am not sure exactly what that book espouses, but I suggest you get one of the several different types of free diet books available from here:
http://www.scivationbooks.com/
Read them and see if they sound like they might work. I am doing the straight Game Over Cut Diet, and it's working for me.
If one of them sounds pretty similar to the book you are considering, you can save $37

I used BFFM to lose my weight and I love it. Using it now as my basis to clean gain. It is a great, SOUND (no gimmicks), BB nutrition/diet planning/cardio/workout guide, written especially for a noob perspective. I had zero clue about nutrition when I started my diet, and I learned a hell of a lot. It teaches what each macros is, how to do the cal need calculations, balancing macros for your bodytype, that kind of thing. BFFM doesn't provide diets as such but shows you how to build your own. So, it takes some time to properly plan.
That having been said, it ignores some important topics such as PWO nutrition. If you have some experience in the lifestyle and planning diets (reading these boards for a while, for example) you may be better served by saving the money, as most of it will be very familiar. I downloaded Scivation's Lean Mass Diet book and after a first flip, it is are quite similar in approach to BFFM.
