Spot On Training

I've heard two sides to spot on training. One that it does help burn fat in that one specific area. Or two that it in no way does burn fat in that one specific area. Wondering what anyone else knows about the subject?

Exclamation

FWIW It can be shown that yes there are two sides that can present valid arguments.
Bottom line is that either way it is not the bread and butter of fat loss. Diet, resistance training, and cardio are.

where you put the weight on is where you are gonna take the weight off. everyone is different. things like hormone levels and blood sugar will also be a determining factor.
