    any advice for a 15 yr old whos looking to put on some size? in 1 year of srs training i gained 35lbs, then i cut 10 lbs because i felt i gain too much fat. id love advice, by the end of highschool (im a freshman) i really wanna look good.

    Training: do you log your workouts? Train to failure? Train for the pump? Rep range?

    If you could go back to when you first started bodybuilding, what would you do differently? Just some overall good advice would be appreciated.

    Only really general advice i have is clean bulk, don't bother with those hefty fat gains man. its really not worth it..

    Did a massive dirty bulk my first 8months proper training, got to like 195 22% BF lol. cut back to 155lbs (lol) and then cleanbulked for the last 2 years with very slow cuts inbetween to get lean again.

    Very slow, take everything slow. 2lbs / month while gaining, 2-4lbs / month while losing.

    Log every workout, every set, every rep, and note dropsets / forced reps / negatives. I train to failure on almost every set, and get a massive pump always rep range 1-15. i use them all

    how should i know? weight is a worthless measurement. i say this over and over again.

    @fantasticoo How do you like the Casein? I tried it once and honestly I loved it. It kept a steady stream of protein in my body while I slept which really aids recovery and growth!!! Whatchyu think?
    As for me my stack consists of Pre-workouts(The only ones I've bought are Jack3d, NO Explode, Craze, & Neurocore in that order currently using neurocore I really liked craze tried lots of samples best two so far have been Craze and then neurocore), Glucosamine, Glutamin, Multi, Fish Oil, Whey, and Creatine. I'm trying to be 195-205 at 5% bf strength I'm currently trying to deadlift 600 I've had 2 attempts one I got it up but couldn't lock it. So far I'm at 575 on deads 600 for 2 on squats I just pressed 315 on barbell press for 2 after doing a whole bunch of incline up to 275x5 so I'm sure I could max in the mid to upper 300s on the bench.

    Casein helps, i'm a realist. Wether you have a casein shake before bed or a whey shake i don't think you'll get a noticable % increase in gains. But meh, everything helps.
    (no hate) bro but you seem to really be into broscience, all this supplement hype and HGH/TEST releasing exercises.

    Mirin lifts hard, you're ridiculously fuking strong. 5% bf is too low to aim for and maintain while being reasonably strong. its a pipedream brah. 8% could be doable, but evne that would be fuking difficult natty. 10% sounds more reasonable?

    those are actually the most complicated exercises in the gym mate.

    deff get some help, don't be afraid to get on some machines and do work. Tbar row. barbell curls, rope pulldowns etc. all simplier movements that can help get u started
